right it from left to the right side pull all the way through and give you a a free Lane to the to the end zone describe how that play took place and as you saw yeah I mean it was a great call um we have you know unbelievable offensive line I think week in and week out you guys are able to see that and uh especially our tackles they’re able to move um and how big they are and able to move at that that size helps out a lot um I kind of saw the look um just trusted that he’s going to make the block and I just ran through as fast as I can pretty much with my eyes closed and got to the open field and um Jan and um Paris did a really good job of running off the DBS uh to open up space for me and we’re able to get into how much were closed I would I wouldn’t say it was closed but that’s it’s called basically Blind Faith I like knew I trusted so much that he’s going to make the block that I just followed his hip and I just hit it full speed you when you’re playing against on the other team Derek or did it not mean anything it doesn’t really mean much uh I got so much respect for for Derek um and you know the things he accomplished so far this season in his career uh he’s going to go down as one of know one of the best backs to ever do it but uh you know as a competitor year you want to go out there and play at a high level but ain’t basketball ain’t like I can go out there and uh tackle Derrick Henry and to be honest I don’t know if I really want to tack with Derrick Henry um but most important thing is you know team win and um uh was a big win we know it was going to be a tough a tough challenge against this team um they did a really good job got to you know give credit to them but got the DB by the end of the day he you had a lot of your really big runs this year in the second half the fourth quarter what’s it mean to have a head coach or a play caller that will keep going to you throughout the game even if maybe early on you’re not getting those chunk players yeah I mean it’s a blessing uh having uh coaching staff that trusted um you know continue and lean on it you also give a shout out to the defense uh that means the defense is doing a really good job too and not letting the game get out of hand and where we get down and you got to you know get into the mindset of drop back and pass the ball um but we’re really good at it we’re really good at a lot of things but um you know you just got to keep trusting the system keep trusting the guys up front there you know tremendous talents up up there and um that’s why I think uh the Run game been popping in the second half this team doesn’t give up 100 yard very often you guys take that kind of a point PR for you guys to get say that um you know we knew how good of a defense they are but at the end of the day they still they didn’t go against us and you know we know how great of a offense we are and great of a run team we are especially how great those guys are up front so um yeah we heard it we seen it but at the end of the day we want to come in and get a win and if it took us to rush for 50 yards and throw for 300 yards so be it if it’s however remain yards your R today most important thing is get a win and we got that how cool was it to be part of 20 Mar 23 and now two against NFC team and you were on both teams to I mean how cool is that yeah I mean I got so much respect for Lamar um he’s a two time MVP for a reason um I I think probably I don’t think I know probably the best player I’ve seen like with my own eyes um whether it’s on film or see him alive just the things he’s able to do um but yeah being part of you know the teams that were able to to win games and I see that style of the time they they show his his record against NFC uh teams but to be part of those two teams to get a win um definitely you know you definitely love that Z when I know it’s a team win but there were loud MVP chance after your touchdown run people were calling it your MVP moment as the season comes closer to an end is that something you start to think about more no you know my mindset goes right into the locker room and enjoy the win and then coming on Monday uh get the work in rehab get my body ready and you know get ready for the next game and I believe that’s uh Carolina back home so uh I appreciate the MVP champ so you know it’s great uh but at the end day the most important thing is winning football games and I’ve been so locked in and so focused on my preparation and the way that I work throughout the week um and there’s a reason why I’m getting those chance so uh if I continue to take care of that then you know when the season’s over we’ll look up see what happens but at the end of the day it’s continue to get wins and put herself in position to uh go deep in running playoffs have you ever had more fun playing football in your life uh no I don’t I think tied my highest um yeah last year I had two two and two of them were one last year and one this year was caused by the ground uh but yeah that was definitely a a scary moment uh when the ball comes out right there and you know I just thought find a way whatever way make sure I get on the ball um but I think it helped me uh I haven’t been angry like that in a game since I was a little kid uh I think that was able you know help me get the first down on the next play he he asked have you ever had more fun playing football Oh I thought he said fumbles um yeah I’m having a blast uh and what obviously I know you love winning but but what besides the winning has just really made this season into this point so special for me uh I would say it’s been the fact that to be able to come to a new team um and just be able to get to know all the guys individually uh whether it’s you know the crazy conversations we have at a lunch table uh the grinding that we have in the weight room or you know the work that we put in um in practice uh so that’s why it’s been fun to me for me cuz I’m it’s fresh for me I’m new um you know I get to show my myself get to learn everybody else um that’s the reason why it’s been fun kind of giv me like a college Vibe College field and I think that was established in offseason um OTAs um and yeah I think that’s definitely the reason why last one tell us this all the time are you aware about are you aware of how much they enjoy blocking for uh you know uh I don’t I don’t need it need him to tell me that um I see it and I know it just off the confidence that they have in me um and you know any you can see it on film how how those guys you know how those guys block or when uh I break a long run and everybody’s like this I feel like I feel bad sometimes when I let him down if I get tackled um so that definitely is the reason why when that’s definitely a reason why when I break along when I try my best to make sure I find End Zone but uh the same Joy know that they have blocked for me it’s you know it’s match with the passion I have playing behind those guys and I want to be great and I want to make those plays cuz I know that how special they are and I know how hard they work so um like I said I’ve been getting a lot of love but I couldn’t be the player I am and make the the plays I’ve been making while those guys up front oh man he special or what here’s the electrifying moment presented by Toyota and it’s the stats for saquan Barkley 12 games 246 carries 1,500 yards all right 149 9 one more yard he’s got, 1500 he was over, 1500 then he lost five yards on his last carry so so you go so he’s been over he’s been over 50 been there done that technicality yeah 124.5 yards per game it was at 126 267 on the receiving yards 11 rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns he’s on Pace for 2123 rushing yards which would break Eric Dickerson’s NFL record 1984 that’s that that this is one of the greatest Seasons a running back has ever had period that’s it it’s one of the greatest Seasons a running back’s ever had the tribute the the humility the tribute he gave to his lineman you can see it on film how those guys love to block for me the same Joy they have blocking for me it’s matched by the passion I have running behind those guys and he always makes it a point he’s trying to get obviously a touchdown on every run and he feels badly because those guys work so hard to open you know the deal right right right but but that’s the difference you know when when you have an offensive line and you’re thinking from an offive line standpoint man if I just get this block if I just push him this much further or if I just get up on this linebacker and hit him just this much you know I’m try to do over Beyond trying to do something just because we know how explosive he can be I mean I had saying you know with with Drome bets if we just got on him and just hit him just a little bit I mean he could take it to the house so that’s that’s what you’re doing out there you’re trying to every play exhaust every means trying to get on a block and drive a guy because you know how special sequan is imagine losing a Hall of Famer and having this offensive line I mean it’s incredible and we know we know mot and and uh Lane Johnson are two of the best tackles in the game maybe the two best but the interior of this line is playing at such a high level be has been he just gets better and better every week he’s kind of settling into guard it’s a new position and and Landon and cam Jurgens have been uh especially over the last month I feel like they’ve just been really good working together getting those combo blocks this they they’re a better o line now than they were last year with Jason Kelce absolutely also unbeli they physically dominate you know when I look at the coaches tape it goes sideline angle then the next shot is the same play behind the behind the offense high and you look and and we line up in in a two-point stance for some team most at all do some teams are in three-point stance we’re in a two-point stance for our offensive lineman I don’t even see defensive linemen this offensive line is so big in a two-point s where’s the D line they are that big that strong that athletic that’s what gets everyone excited watch Sean such a Class Act giv giving full credit to his offensive line his teammates his coaches that’s why this team not because only because their talent because their love and affection for each other and willingness to sacrifice for each other that’s why they’re going to keep winning
