[Music] all right we move on divisional matchup Pittsburgh at Cincinnati this game had a ton more starts a few weeks ago but the Bengals just uh it’s been a disappointing year for the Bengals um they are favored in this game though look ahead with Cincinnati minus two and a half a slight buy for Cincinnati onto the three but it looks like we’re kind of still hovering in that 2.75 range so we’ve seen some Pittsburgh money in the market as well at plus three um the Bengals are off the they lost that wacko game to the Chargers two Sunday nights ago where they down big came back tied the game and then gave up the touchdown to JK Dobbins late they did not cover that game as a slight Road Underdog Steelers also long rest off the mini bu we last watched them on Thursday night couple weeks ago um lose to the Cleveland Browns as a three and a half Point favorite the jamus Winston snow experience of course uh front and center in that game looks like we’ve got some consensus from the panel here in this game uh Chris I’ll give you first crack at uh the Steelers at the Bengals well Cincinnati has a 14% chance of making the playoffs and even if they win this game it only goes up to 20% uh I don’t think anybody’s going to dispute bur is would be having an MVP season if uh the team was you know doing anything uh positive but their defense is just abysmal uh second worst over the last five weeks uh the team overall is in the uh bottom 10 over the last five weeks uh Pittsburgh has gone through a tough tough schedule lately and and still fared okay overall uh you can’t fault them for losing a short week Road uh game in at their divisional Ral Cleveland so uh I believe Pittsburg is going to get back to business here uh Cincinnati seems exasperated at this point they everying single game has to be a shootout for him and Pittsburgh now has the capability of scoring and putting points up what I worry about is uh they they’ve been successful in a lot of high leverage situations you know third downs and uh just situations where they’ve been very fortunate to convert and they’ve had some big plays and uh Russell Wilson keeps throwing those popups at somehow the receivers catch it’s it’s unbelievable so I uh I have Pittsburgh for the show in two different ways I used them in a teaser with Detroit uh I forget what the third part of that one was uh Buffalo no uh New Orleans sorry New Orleans uh so seven point T’s are Detroit minus two and a half Pittsburgh plus 10 New Orleans plus 10 you have to get the 10 or below the three on those and that’s plus 130 uh and I also like them plus three straight up I’m on the plus three as well I think we can spend half an hour discussing who’s the better team I actually have the Bengals as the better team but only by half a point you know a home field in a division game especially a game like this with tons of Pittsburgh fans in the Queen City probably only worth the points so I so I I get to one and a half I mean if I get plus three in a game that should be one and a half I mean that’s go time Pittsburgh plus three and there’s flat threes out there too obviously three minus 120 here on BET us but I see uh one flat three out there that I might have to grab it some point so this is the first meeting for these division Rivals this year the Steelers actually won and covered both meetings last year so Pittsburgh’s had the better of this rivalry really good comment by ybk that I want to present to you gentlemen before we move on books are telling us something with this line I call this a Vegas nose game right you look at this line you say Cincinnati’s terrible Pittsburgh just had this great you know they’re a highflying team this year they’re above 500 they got a chance to win the division why are the Bengals favored Vegas must know something Vegas doesn’t know guys tell them tell them straight here Vegas doesn’t know I mean Vegas book bookmakers look no further than when bookmakers put out games of the year like when you get an independent Yahoo book trying to do it and they just get everything wrong I mean they they just can’t like a good example is I think uh I saw look ah headlines um on college football Clemson South Carolina and Clemson was laying four and a half it’s just they’re just they’re just guessing I mean the the betters are the ones that know what the number should be I mean but think about it I mean I’m on Pittsburgh but I still say the Bengals should be favored I mean it’s just what the power ratings are and the books are basically usually the books have these have their own power ratings that mimic what we have as pros and they set the line based on the power ratings and they tweak it a little bit based upon what they think that the um the betters are going to bet but the closing number is not set by the odds makers in any way shape or form it’s all set by the betters yeah it’s fasting that people think that the books are trying to create trap lines and and I used to be one of those guys I would discuss with the buddies oh it’s a trap line they want you to do this you know it’s really so simple that it’s silly is they have to take money on these games there is no such thing as creating a line that would not get hammered into place it’s the most efficient market in the world other than maybe the Premier League in England so uh there are no trap lines the market decides where it should be all right you both convinced me live bet Pittsburgh plus three there’s a plus three uh minus 110 available here in town I’m going to bet it I’ll give you
