[Music] divisional matchup Houston at Jacksonville look ahead here Houston minus 7 we have seen a Buy on the Jags down to five and now we’re getting even tighter down to four um they got the last time we saw Jags it was really ugly they lost to the lines by 46 points uh obviously did not cover as a big Underdog Jacksonville 2-9 this year but but six and5 against the spread so say what you want about Jacksonville being a box they’re still covering some numbers the Texans they lost by five as a eighto home favorite to Tennessee of course we covered that game a little earlier in our Titans section so I won’t belabor that point we have seen a slight move up on the total here from 42 to 43 this is the second meeting this year remember last uh earlier in the year week four Texans won this game by four but they trailed late um and you needed a CJ strad a 70 yard game-winning touchdown Drive in order to get Houston across the Finish Line in that game Houston did outgain Jacksonville in the game but again a very tight divisional matchup nio Collins had a big game Joe Mixon didn’t play in that game and that probably was a reason why Houston really struggled offensively but they couldn’t run it last week against Tennessee Fez do we think they can run it this week against the Jags uh probably um but I the spot I’m I’m I make the game four and a half I am on the dog Jacksonville plus four um infj Tyrone disagrees he loves Houston I I I Houston’s leaking oil I don’t like the way they’re playing and I hate the spot for them uh Chris mentioned earlier teams that haven’t had a buy yet that’s a real problem this is a 17 game schedule and now Houston still has played week after week after week in games like remember that Detroit game a lot of these games have come down the wire Jacksonville off a bu got destroyed and they’ve had 14 days to hear the media tell them how terrible they are I’ve seen this movie before um those teams very rarely are no shows after the uh break give me Jacksonville I agree H yeah this Houston gave me an aneurism last week uh I four games all went South on me at the exact same time within 60 seconds and uh Houston missing that field goal was frustrating but uh still had a decent read on them uh as yeah they should win but not cover and they pretty much in the same situation on this game I wouldn’t want to lay the points here even though the model says I should be able to lay the points so I’m going to put Houston uh in play as a money line parlay with Denver and if for whatever reason um Houston were to lose then I would uh go ahead and take uh uh Denver with uh just minus the points on Monday night so that the leg is still preserved uh Houston’s poorly as they playing they’ve been middle of the road and but Jacksonville is like just dead last and everything and I’m really really excited about Peterson because he says he’s gonna you know have a bunch of new stuff going on of which you don’t know what it is so yeah I think we’ll get a little bit of a deadcat bounce you should get Trevor Lawrence back this week the Jags have been a dead literally a dead cat uh pretty much the entire year but the Texans two and four in their last six games their o line the most pressures allowed second most sacks allowed in the NFL this year behind Chicago and they’ve only won two out of their last six despite the fact that the defense 16 takeaways two for touchdowns and usually when you win the turnover battle in the NFL you win the game that’s like an 80 90% Trend so um it the Houston has not been able to overcome their bad offensive line and some of those issues up front and I think Jacksonville is going to come out with low fire in this game the Jags have played them very tight they’ve covered three out of the last four against Houston I’m on Jacksonville Fez is on Jacksonville Chris is going to hope for a tight game well I hope for a tight game Chris probably doesn’t care Houston don’t care how tight it is yeah he doesn’t care but for the purposes of this show we want to be above 500 so maybe Houston buy a field goal so Chris can get his moneyline parlay leg um as a winner there [Music] [Music]
