Omen one of two things either happen we took an L or something bad happened both of those things transpired today my goodness commanders fall 34 to 26 to the Hess Dallas Cowboys Dro their third in a row dropped to seven and five in on season and I I told you guys so let me first say this mob uh mods out there I know there gonna be a lot of Eagles fans in the chat this is what they do this is their move okay leave them be as long as they’re not spamming as long as they’re not saying anything disrespectful or hateful or crazy don’t don’t time them out leave them alone leave them be let them talk their [ __ ] we deserve it okay that said I talked about this team and we were going to find out where we were right adversity had hit you lost two in a row you had 10 days off they talked about practice oh the practice time this that and the third we’re going to look a lot like the team that we looked like earlier in the season the defense was getting better we were getting healthier you felt good about a lot of things going into this stretch right and there look at the teams we were playing record wise you got the Cowboys you got the Titans Saints a lot of teams you feel like you should be able to handle and I said we’re gonna find out very quickly about where this team is and how they’re handling this adversity I said if this game is close CL or we lose we’re not fixed and this is going to be a really rough stretch down the the this is going to be a rough finish down the stretch of this season okay if we came out and we kick the Cowboys ass like everybody else had done then I’d say okay we’re good we’re good here let’s go win six straight let’s contend for this division let’s let’s make it happen but clearly that didn’t happen and you could see it early on the block field goal on the first possession should have been the floodgates opening to an ass whooping of Epic Proportions they looked like a bad team that block field goal followed by a Miss field goal after that the stage was set the stage was set and we couldn’t take advantage of it we couldn’t take advantage of it this was a poorly executed game by the offense and and there’s a real cliff kingsberry discussion that has to be had now unfortunately that is a real thing now right everything was going to be magnified in this game if we were good it’d be magnified if we weren’t good we got questions with not a lot of answers we’ve got concerns and they’re all valid now here we are um I’m back so let me tell you how I’m dealing with this how I’m going to cope because everybody’s coping mechanism is different my coping mechanism for this situation three straight losses a loss to the Cowboys who had lost five in a row they were awful just the way that they finished the game tells you that they’re a bad football team but we are bad too right we’re not a good team either right so here’s what I’m gonna do and I can’t speak for you but this is my coping mechanism I’m going back to where I was before the season started mentally all right so here is what I’m going to do to enjoy the rest of this season because theoretically speaking we’re ahead of schedule right but as I I mentioned this on my bleach report postgame the Broncos have a chance to get to seven and5 today with a win over the Raiders which we expect them to get if they get to seven and five their seven and5 and our seven and5 look vastly different they feel a lot better about their seven and5 than we feel about our seven and five because it was achieved in two different manners they started the season 0 and2 and they dug themselves out of a hole early and they fought and they fought they win two they’d lose one they’d win two they’d lose two they’d win one and so now they’ve gotten to the other side and if they get to seven and five they’re feeling good and they’re playing some of their best football at The Right Time of the Season meanwhile a lot of people said hey you’re peing too soon you might have played your best football didn’t want to hear any of that stuff didn’t want to hear it didn’t see the end offensively in sight because we were playing so well but it may appear that we have played our best football of the Season we did Peak too soon we aren’t playing our best football we have lost three straight this offense looks broken now you have no Brian Robinson Jr you have no Austin Eckler you’re gonna have to go out on the streets physically out on the streets you’re gonna have to resign Chris Rodriguez because you just cut him right you’re gonna have to bring him back put him on the on the roster and then you got to still go out and get another guy off the street to help you at the running back position so you’re G to be going with Chris Rodriguez and Jeremy McNichols at the running back position that’s the group we’re going to be tring out of at the running back position and so you’re you’re you’re getting beat up you’re not playing well on offense defensively you know who you are they’re gonna fight they’re gonna give you everything they’ve got but it’s it’s not enough if you’re not scoring points right now the Special Teams is jumping in the mix and they’re starting to have issues in the kicking game right so it’s just all bad right now so what I’m gonna do is I’m going all the way back to the beginning back to the basics no expectations all right I I I that week three win over Cincinnati sent me into a tizzy and I started having expectations and when you have expectations you don’t enjoy the ride unless it’s going well now I just want to enjoy the ride because we’re early we showed up early and now the expectations is getting the best of us because we we not ready yet when you’re throwing the ball to Noah Brown 15 times in a game Meanwhile your best receiver is on the other side of the field not getting looks you got issues man there’s there’s a fundamental issue when your best receiver isn’t touching the football but yet 85 is getting 15 Targets in the game and I talked about this I said Noah Brown is Jaden Daniel’s favorite Target and it makes me sick to my stomach but at the end of the day if I got no expectations if I just go in and I say hey whatever happens happens I’m going just enjoy the ride I’ll be be fine we might lose next week to Tennessee they scored 30 some odd points I don’t know if they ended up beating the Texans or not but will lvis is playing well and yeah oh by the way our run defense that can’t stop anyone that let Rico D go for 80 plus yards par just had a 100 yards against the Texans so I’m not looking forward to winning next week against the Titans either this thing could spiral out of control this is starting to feel a lot like 2008 and 1996 all over again it’s starting to feel like those two seasons wrapped into one I should have known something bad was going to happen when we were when and you know we’re being so nice we’re we’re bringing everybody back we brought Bobby three sticks back and his [ __ ] ass showed up in Cowboys attire this is this is why you can’t be nice to idiots and [ __ ] right tried to do something nice for him and he shows up in a damn cowboys hat get his dumb ass out of here anyway the bottom line is if you got no expectations you got nothing to really disappointed about so I’m just going to enjoy the rest of this season the way that I said I was going to because I see I I ask this team to unmask themselves hey show me who you really are this is the week this is the opportunity we were 10-point favorites everybody 10 10-point favorites I said look I just want to win the game I would love to cover we need to cover but we’re 10-point favorites just beat the Cowboys show me show me who you really are you come out you Devour the Cowboys we get back to business I I we’re we’re not a we’re not a fraud there is no mask this is who we really are but if you can’t beat the Dallas Cowboys at home with all their injuries no Zack Martin couldn’t get couldn’t sniff Cooper rush today with no Zack Martin couldn’t get couldn’t get a sniff at him couldn’t stop the run with two backup guards essentially in the game couldn’t stop the run if this is who you are show yourselves we showed ourselves now I know who we are and I can adjust accordingly so now I’m very comfortable with where we are in this season and who we are and I’m okay with that now I can move forward with realistic expectations to have none that’s where I am you know something else that’s very troubling for me is how closely and how closely connected our offense identity physicality wise is to Brian Robinson Jr it it it’s it’s actually not a healthy relationship it’s like a relationship between two people that are very toxic for one another and you know you know you need that person but you need them so much so to your your detriment it’s not healthy and we aren’t a physical Team without Brian Robinson Jr we lack the off offensive physicality the offensive line isn’t his physical because you know they get Juiced up when they see BR Rob run over a dude in the secondary and get take a a four- yard gain and turn into a eight- yard gain or when he runs and finishes a run that’s a two- yard gain and turns it into a four- yard game that gets them in inspired right look at the games he hasn’t played this season and look at our Rush offense Sans for Arizona look at our offense look I think he played in Arizona where Arizona think it was was it Arizona no Eckler didn’t play in Arizona look at the games he hasn’t played in look at the way we run the football or lack thereof it was apparent against Baltimore we weren’t physical it was apparent against Pittsburgh we weren’t physical it was apparent against um uh the Cowboys today we weren’t physical it we weren’t super physical against the Giants to be honest with you when he didn’t play right this has been a trend and a theme with this team when he doesn’t play We lack the physicality that made us a good football team earlier this season and I’ll take it a step further not only do we lack the physicality as a football team offensive line wise mentality wise our play calling shows that it is apparent that Cliff kingsberry is not as confident in the Run game when he is not out there it is amazing to watch this offense on the ground be reduced to next to nothing when Brian Robinson Jr is no longer in the lineup it is it is really tough to watch this team run the football especially when you see e run and then there’s a Defender and E gets stood up after two yards where you say if that was B Rob he’s running through that guy right and he’s powering for it for another yard or two and instead of it being second and Eight Second and six or he might even make that guy Miss he might run through an arm tackle and and continue to you know get another six yards after first Contact X not running through anybody X getting stood up and D driven backwards and so we just lose our offensive identity when he’s not in the lineup it’s it’s actually Eerie it’s scary it’s not a good place to be and so you’re dealing with that now because that was a nasty ankle injury and you’re not going to see him until sometime after the bye obviously X got a second concussion this season he was out on the field that was scary I thought they were going to have to bring the card out for him and take him off in a Stretcher so it’s good to see him get up and walk off but his Bell was wrong we’re not seeing e for at least the next two three weeks so you won’t see him until post by um so we’re we’re in a tough spot running back wise um the book is out on jayen Daniels and his offense it’s it’s more so the offense than it is jayen Daniels um Blitz him what is he going to do run blitz him and then put a spot because he’s not looking to throw the ball when he when he vacates the pocket this was my biggest concern with him coming out of college right I loved everything I saw from him um this notion that he couldn’t throw over the middle of the field that’s where most of his best throws have come this season right over the middle of the field right in his line of sight but the thing that that troubled me was he didn’t look to run well he was at LSU uh or look to throw as a runner uh or excuse me yeah I said that right looked to throw the football as a runner once he takes off to run there is no survey in the field seeing who’s coming open into his line of vision he’s tucking to to run and if that’s who you are that’s cool if there’s no adjustments being made by the defense but if we know that we could just Blitz you you’re G to leave the pocket when you leave the pocket you’re going to Escape right because that’s where you’re most comfortable you’re not looking to throw so all we got to do is have one of our faster Defenders escort you to the sideline and you’ll just run out of bounds meekly lose two yards in the process if that’s what’s going to happen we had a possession before the half where he ran out of bounds three straight plays ran right out of bounds gain of one loss of two loss of one Punt and I’m just like bro so you’re just not gonna try and throw it to anybody you’re not even gonna look down the field to see if there’s a chance to throw the football you’re just gonna run to the sidelines huh and so until there’s an adjustment made either we find a way to beat the blitz with his legs or with his arm this is where we’re stuck at right here offensively because Dallas was very predictable on every third down they were bringing pressure and it wasn’t a terrible job necessarily of protecting but they were bringing more than we could we could protect with right A lot of times they would bring six and or seven and um they would play Man across the board a lot of times would bring five or six and and it would get picked up but there’ be one guy that maybe showed a little pressure he wasn’t but there are a lot of deep routes lot of routes down the field lot of deep comebacks to Noah Brown Oo we really got the defense scared we made a lot of garbage Dallas Cowboy Defenders and players look good today we made I don’t even know the name of this corner that was doing the whole mind [ __ ] he’s trash we made him look like a great a Top Choice number two Corner today right don’t even know his name he’s so ass and we made him look good today we made Mazy Smith look solid today all right he had a tackle for loss we made Luke scoon maker look solid today he had a touchdown right and then the biggest criminal offense of them all we took Cooper rush and we made him look like a starting caliber quarterback which is what we do we took Daniel Jones for years and made him look good and we took Cooper rush and once again we he’s now three and0 against us by the way he beat us twice in that 20 21 season I believe it was beat us twice in that season and um now he’s beating us a third time he’s three and0 against us so we we took Cooper Rush who looked like hot ass on a scorching Sunday afternoon and August we took Cooper Rush who looked like hot ass and we made him look like a goddamn franchise quarterback hey how about that it was a total team effort and let me let me let me get to Dan Quinn because this was his worst coached game of his short Commander career and I’m not going to kill or crucified DQ he’s done a lot of good things here he’s turned around the culture and um we I think we’re gonna win a lot of games with DQ as our head coach but today was not a good day for Dan Quint it was not um so you start with the um the decision to challenge a play that didn’t need to be challenged and first of all no let’s let’s go back there was a fourth and two from the Dallas the 3 three I guess cuz I think it ended up being a 51 yd field goal attempt that he missed it’s Fourth and two it’s 3 nothing I know you don’t want to give up good field position if you don’t get it but scared money don’t make money it’s the worst defense we’ve played all season what you scared about you had a good week of practice so you say right we backed the business so you say right so if that’s the case why you why you afraid to go for it on Fourth and two I’m just curious now you expect your kicker to come in and make a 51 yard field goal I understand I understand the thought process there but how about you go for it like you you’ve had great field position to start this game you’ve blocked a field goal you blocked a punt you pinned Dallas deep in their own territory they’ve punted you the ball you you fair caught it in Dallas territory all of these things you ripped a football away from Rico Dao all of these things have transpired and yet you have three points so you want to kick a field goal he okay fourth and two you kick a field goal all right thought that was a [ __ ] ass move I did I thought that was a [ __ ] ass move um but I said okay and you got to make him right if you’re Austin cyber and we were waiting for one of those Austin cyber games where we go what the [ __ ] is this [ __ ] we were waiting we were waiting and waiting and then it finally happened right it finally happened and I don’t know how to feel about Austin cyber this is why I didn’t give him a nickname by the way because I was never truly comfortable with him because of him hitting these fat balls right paw these these balls that come out knuckle ball style I was not comfortable because guys weren’t blocking these kicks he was just not hitting them correctly and I’m like who does that I I’ve I’ve never seen a kicker hit so many knuckle balls in a season before I I don’t think I’ve seen Justin Tucker hit one knuckle ball in his entire career this man’s hit four of them this season and I just go that that that is scary and I talked about it after the Ravens game like this is not okay he had two in that game I said this is not okay but as long as he’s making them everybody’s cool with it until he’s not making them well I had an issue with it when he was making them shits that’s not okay so I don’t know how to feel about him he only had missed two kicks coming into today’s game and made every extra point before he got injured he was the NFL’s leading score so I don’t know how to feel about Austin cyber he technically built up enough equity to have one of these stinkers but damn it man against Dallas of all teams you decide to have your worst game it’s hard for the fan base it’s hard for us to just say it’s okay you got us looking and and searching for Zayn Gonzalez that’s not good beep beep that’s not good I don’t know how to feel about Austin cyber right now I just I’m putting him off to the side I’m like you just chill over there I don’t I don’t even want to talk to you I don’t even want to see you right now I’ll figure out it’s almost like when you just you a parent and you so pissed off at your child they made you so upset they just did something so incredibly dumb that you don’t even know how to be you’re just like just get out of my face right now I don’t just go to your room I don’t even want to see you right now I don’t even know what to do with you right now just go to your I’ll figure out what the punishment is going to be that’s kind of how I am with a cyber right now I just just just go away I don’t even want to see you right now I don’t know what to do with you right now just I’ll figure it out you know Tyler with the bad snap at the worst time of the game like I don’t that whole unit I don’t I don’t even know why I don’t even know what I want to do with y’all just just get out my face I don’t even know what to do with y’all right now just get out my face but back to Dan Quinn because he should have never been in that position at the end of the game right so let’s continue so you you bitched up fourth and two classic Ronald Rivera move I may add That’s a classic Ronald Rivera move he bitched up like Ronald would have right came to he played to not lose against a bad team instead of to win classic Ronald Rivera move right so then you challenge a play at the start of the second half roughly it’s probably early stages mid-stages of the third quarter and everybody at home with eyes knew that this was not a fumble but this is this is when desperate you oh [ __ ] we’re desperate [ __ ] we’re desperate you’re doing desperate [ __ ] Dan this is this is not what good teams do you don’t challenge right there because it’s not bro bro they’re punting the football what are you doing they’re punting the football bro if you trust your offense they’re pinned deep you’re getting the ball what are you doing sir and we’re supposed to have a former NFL officiating guy inside in his ear telling him win the CH you didn’t challenge against the Giants a month ago when the Giants clearly didn’t get it on fourth down but you let them give them a a improper spot in the first down they went down and got points you you didn’t challenge then but you challenge this [ __ ] anybody could see that there wasn’t a football act common to the game completed by that receiver that got his ass waxed on that play pause again don’t don’t talk to me about no slowing [ __ ] down oh there’s three step don’t nobody want to hear that [ __ ] it wasn’t a catch bro and you’re so goddamn desperate this what this is when I knew oh [ of the game late game heroics all kinds of crazy [ __ ] going on we finally come to life and you know that that [ __ ] that we do you know you can never count five out we can’t say that you know he he’s got a flare for The Dramatics so he throws the pass I’m thinking Terry’s got a shot to go and he gets down the sideline great block out there I forget who it was but great block to Spring him and Terry scores in the first thing I see DQ uh not going to call him any names so first thing I see DQ doing is one one one ah [ __ ] he’s going Rivera full he went full Rivera on me in this game he comined Giants 22 week 14 with giants 2020 week 10 or whatever it was right with the Eagles game from 2023 in week four he matched all them [ __ ] together and went full Rivera right he said when those games combine I am Ronald Rivera and he turned into Ron Rivera on our ass bitched up conservative not going for it challenging [ __ ] he shouldn’t be challenging wasting timeouts we running 13 guys on the field at once on a third down and short full Rivera morph in the Ron Ronald Rivera right in front of our very eyes and then and and look listen listen forget about the fact that Austin cyber has already missed an extra point has already missed a field goal and the operation hasn’t really been clean today forget about that remove that and put it to the side forget about the fact that Dallas is reeling they don’t know what the hell just happened their head is spinning they can’t believe they just gave that [ __ ] up and they are literally a two-point conversion away from losing a game that they seem to have in hand and or an extra point away from maybe having to go to overtime and winning this thing all over again but they they don’t know what the hell to do at this point they’re they’re out of sorts forget that move that to the side who watched this game because see what we did at the end that was not real football that was Dallas playing to not lose and then trying to lose right anytime a I never understand why a team who’s had great success against a team the entire day decides now hey we’re gonna play off we’re gonna play soft we’re gonna give them whatever they want let’s just not give up the big touchdown and then you give up the big touchdown I never understood that but you know that’s not my business that’s their business right so if you watch this game who wanted 10 more minutes of what we had just watched not me I didn’t I wanted to either win the game right there or lose the game right there who who wanted more raise your hand who wanted more not me I didn’t want 10 more minutes the Cowboys were the better team today did I stutter Dallas was better than us today you watched it just like I watched it they were the more confident team they looked like they expected to win we played like some soft [ __ ] today ball getting taken from us John Bates ball punched out Austin Eckler and the flats took that [ __ ] from him give me them goddamn cookies yum yum eat him up we look soft today no Brian Robinson equals a soft football team on offense that’s always how it’s been it’s it’s it’s it’s nauseating is what it is you wanted to watch more that so Dan Quinn you forget about Austin cyber struggles and that whole operation struggles today forget about the fact that the Cowboy’s head is spin they just gave up some historic [ __ ] forget about that you watch the game just like I watched the game you really want 10 more minutes of this [ __ ] because we’re not the better team today we’re not you really think the defense is going to get a stop if they win the toss cuz I don’t what fantasy world are you living in bro help me understand what your thought process is when now now add all of that other [ __ ] back in now right I I removed it now add it back in struggling in the kicking game Cowboys are off balance they don’t know if they’re coming or going they’re all over the place they probably would had to call a timeout just with all of the damn Anarchy going on right just to settle themselves right and they need that time out by the way if they’re going to try to get to a position where they could get a field goal off so they don’t want to use that last timeout in case we get the two-point conversion because they only have one timeout left so all of this [ __ ] shouldn’t be factoring into your decisionmaking and the first thing you want to do is one one one you GNA full Ron Rivera package on me we got what we deserved and who didn’t think that that [ __ ] was about to be a Miss I I know I can’t speak for y’all out there when we completed the Hail Mary against Chicago I I went nuts right I jumped up up I when we completed this catch to Terry I was sitting down I screamed one time and then I said oh [ __ ] we still got to make an extra point I would go for it two go for two don’t be a [ __ ] go for the win and of course we bitched up I I guarantee you you put John Harbaugh in that same spot without hesitation he going for two hesitate I I’m pretty sure if you put and again you talking about the Elites in the league you put the Chiefs in that situation they going for two any coach that is confident in his group’s ability to get it done you go for two right there like what are we doing here like I’m not I’m not looking to go to overtime with these chumps we weren’t even a better team today so when you add all of that [ __ ] back in in addition to the situation being what it was we weren’t the better team why are you picking the extra point I know I thought I thought I sat that I was on my knees cuz I was ready I had all my all black on I was ready to end the stream I was typing up my he y’all hey mob really appreciate y’all see y’all for OT all that good stuff and then the catch is made and I’m like oh this is crazy I I scream one time and then I’m still on my knees I never get up from my knees because I’m like he’s been Ronald he morphed in the Ron River today so he’s gonna do and they put the camera on and immediately he’s telling everybody one and I’m like yeah he’s doing the thing isn’t he and Austin cyber looked like he wanted to vomit I looked at his face I said hey Austin look me in my eyes he couldn’t even look me in my eyes I said Austin Austin the game’s on the line bro look me in my eyes tell me you got this and he had to swallow the vomit that he had in his throat I said oh [ __ ] we F to lose this game we F but wasn’t it the fitting wasn’t it like the the perfect most fitting way to end that type of a game with all the stupid [ __ ] that had happened both ways like you climb within three and then you give up the most impossible kick return that was some Devon Hester [ __ ] that was like water boy mixed with Devin Hester right remember water boy when they the quarterback through the interception he’s running for the touchdown and he the ball slips out of his hand he picks the [ __ ] up dust the [ __ ] off and then continues to run for a touchdown right when he’s showing the footage that’s what that [ __ ] felt like right ah went through his legs he picks it up and you know he’s got this nasty hesy where he doesn’t really run because he’s so damn fast so he’s just like kind of like all right I’m gon see where this [ __ ] gonna go and then I’mma explode right I’m G just take off the pause and he just he spun and then he accelerated and left the entire special team team unit in his wake and I’m just like you gotta be effing kidding me un effing believable unff believable and at that point I’m like yeah I I I what did I beg all week I begged this last week soon as we lost to the Eagles I said the first thing I said this on Sunday Night Football after I watched them play against the Texans because he had the big catch and run I said please don’t be egotistical here please don’t stick out your chest and want to prove that your special teams unit is a bunch of tough guys yeah you know don’t don’t be a caveman here right be smart be smart here like this ain’t the week for you to pull your pants down and and let your nuts hang so you can show what your manhood looks like this ain’t the week pull your [ __ ] up tighten that belt and say hey we kicking this [ __ ] out of the back of the end zone they getting it at the 30 nope you already knew DQ was talking that [ __ ] during the week and I said you dummy stops and turnovers that are created etc etc those opportunities come in the first half and if you don’t take advantage of them which we have not done you’re going to find yourself in a dog fight in the second half because the defense is going to play worse as the game progresses as the game wears on the defense gets worse did you see the point differential I had no idea that this was the case I should have because I’ve watched all the games and I felt it but I didn’t have a actual stat that was attached to it so that I could make sense of it we have the worst Point differential in the fourth quarter this season that’s not on accident we are now minus well when that stat was shown we were minus 40 after the Cowboys scored the touchdown to go up 20 to to nine we were we were minus 40 in the differential category in the fourth quarter well they scored more points right so it might have come down because we only ended up losing the game and we were down 11 at that point we ended up losing by eight so maybe it came down to 37 but whatever it is we’re the worst in football Point differential wise in the fourth quarter is that a surprise to anybody that’s watched this team when I talk about don’t rely on the defense in the fourth quarter at the end of the game because they’re not getting stop when we need it does that surprise you that we’re the worst Point differential team when we needed to stop against the Bears we couldn’t get it when we needed to stop against the Steelers we couldn’t get it does that surprise you when we needed to stop against the Eagles we couldn’t get it when we needed to stop in this game we couldn’t get it did that surprise you so you got to take advantage when the defense is playing well in the first half you got to take advantage of it then and in the first half of the Season we were taking advantage of it we were scoring points the defense has played solid football in the first half of most games this season even going back to when we struggled in the beginning of the Season go look at the first half scores in a lot of those games even the ones that we didn’t win it wasn’t until the second half where [ __ ] started to fall apart defensively for us we didn’t get a we didn’t force a single punt against the Ravens in the second half of that game remember we picked Lamar Jackson off on the first possession we then forced a punt on the second possession and then they did not punt the football the rest of the game but they gave us a chance in the first half and we settled for field goals and we didn’t take advantage of opportunities it’s been that way all season long it’s been that way remember we were up on the Steelers 24-4 we had our chances and the defense actually put they got to 21 and the defense kept them there until the final possession where they scored that touchdown we had our chances our problem right now is that the offense isn’t carrying its weight you could blame the defense we know who they are we we’ve been known who this defense was so I don’t blame them for being who they are the offense lied to us they lied to us that’s where the problem is that’s where the problem lies the offense scores you were down 11 um if I’m not mistaken it was 20 you were down 10 you need the field goal in a touchdown excuse me it’s 27 so you kick the field goal with 140 left right and you kick the onside kick you don’t get it the Cowboys go backwards on two plays then they run it and then they punt the football to us right and then you get that crazy play to Terry mclen and you with 21 seconds left right and everyone’s going like think about that whole sequence of events you go from thinking you got a chance to not think you got a chance to all of a sudden thinking you know to get in the field goal and then kicking onside kick okay the game over and then they they they you know run three plays they run down the clock down to you know 39 seconds they punish the ball you hit the big play and you’re thinking you got a chance to tie the game I wanted to go for two in the win but just think about that sequence of events and the emotions that you went through high low high low and as low as you could go and then ekler get then you give you kick the onsides kick again you give up the touchdown then Eckler gets hurt and you’re just like this is G from bad to worse it’s it’s um it’s we didn’t run any RPO against Philadelphia none after having so much success with the RPO game against the Steelers the week um prior like none of this makes any sense you had all that success last week in the Dual backfield in the Philadelphia Eagles game and you run none of it this week none we didn’t see Eckler but brck gets hurt on the first play I’m aware but even forget about all that you could have still put um Eckler and um and um Jeremy McNichols in the backfield together because it gives the offense a wrinkle it makes the defense have to defend all you know different levels and it it it forces them to have to Mis you know defend the misdirection and all that stuff we saw none of it today make it make sense again none of the things we’re doing on offense makes any sense right now we’re predicting able we look out of sorts we’re not converting on third Downs you talk about winning time of possession big part of winning on time of possession is converting on third Downs which we didn’t do again today what’ we end up on third downs one point we were one of six I don’t think it got that much better as the game wore on so I’m my guess is we were five of 14 on third the uh fumble to the you know three and out we force deep in in their own territory when they punt us the football we lived in that space and we did nothing with that field position so from that football that that and I was thinking what if they hold him to a field goal and we score a touchdown do we go for two or do we well clearly DQ would have gone for the tie because he wanted to he just struggle with um sometimes I struggle with hold on a second y’all all right hold on all right I would have thought that they would have been more prepared for the blitz personally um I knew it was coming I talked about it in the keys to the game I talked about it leading up this we it’s the same thing I did last year when I talked about Eric benamy and I don’t think we were as like like last year we were incapable of running offense against the blitz like he clearly like he had never seen Blitz before that’s not how I felt today I we picked up the blitz a lot of times he had time in the pocket um I didn’t love the route combination I can’t wait to watch the film but like somebody said earlier like I was at the game receivers weren’t open I don’t love the route combinations I don’t love the spacing I don’t love the distribution I don’t love like the formational setups like you should be running bunches and stacks so you can’t get jammed at the line of scrimmage so you’re creating confusion amongst the coverage we’re not doing any of that stuff we’re just lining up right um what happened to all those motions that we normally see guys going in motion Back Field pivoting offense ourselves so again everybody’s entitled to their own opinion that was the wrong decision if you ask me we should have gone for two that was a that was a loser mentality type of play and decision I’ve been here before I said the same thing after we went for one against the Eagles on the road with no time left when Johan doson caught that pass I feel the same way now either you playing to win or you’re not and the best teams in the league in that position aren’t playing for a tie the Buccaneers did the same thing against the the the the Chiefs why because Todd BS is a defensive
