coming in 14-9 Houston 16-8 and again that 15 game winning streak for Steph Curry and the Warriors and they’ve won twice this year over the Rockets without Steph in the lineup well he’s holding them back apparently J kaminga knocks down the early three-pointer Dylan Brooks this was an interesting game right here two uh yeah a lot of Defense played in this game shooting shooting wasn’t great lot for an 8682 lead and now it’s 90 to 87 shenon makes it a onepoint game got blocked that see Ernie I thought right here Steph Curry as great as he is he shot the ball too early and way too early Chuck saying you got a foul you got a foul 3 I know and because you got 15 seconds left in the game he was trying to be a hero right here with yeah this is nothing he was trying to be a hero eight on the eight on the shot clock that was a bad play by step and then I don’t like this call I don’t like this call right here I think they should have called they should have gave him the timeout uh I agree with Steve Curry doing the Nick nurse face yeah you don’t call that in that situation I don’t think that’s just like give him the timeout cuz honestly know Gary pton cuz he didn’t even have the ball and make their way to Las Vegas for a showdown with the Thunder of Oklahoma City 91 to 90 is your final 26 and 11 for shenon uh Jabari Smith had a couple of big threes in that game he had 15 Jaylen green only 12 but did knock down those free throws and that’s what gave the Houston Rock rockets that onepoint lead here comes the tournament bracket we will advance the Houston Rockets to take on the Oklahoma City why we didn’t Advance the other side we haven’t seen the Highlight yet but we just watch the game we went through the same thing last night dummy yes man come up with some come up with something new thank you Ernie but I knew you would I knew you’d fall for it and just go all in hey impressed with the Houston Rockets they they they don’t have any idea how to play basketball play good defense they yeah but you they they’re they play the game strictly on Talent like they should have won that game by they they got so much more Talent than the Warriors but that’s one reason I say they got a great record they’re not ready for prime time cuz the refs had to give them this game tonight uh uh uh they got a bright future but man they GNA have to learn discipline they’re going to learn to take care of the ball they’re going to have to learn shot selection you can’t all of that to be said for team for a team that has like three guys under 23 in the starting line but sometimes it happens faster like you ask Kenny and Shaq like sometimes it comes together like they got a lot of talent and they can’t play like they used to be like they relevant they got a terrific coach now they got to learn like we got to take care of the ball we got to stop taking bad shots like Jaylen green he almost had nine points again except for those two free throws like but hey they got a lot of talent earning but man they going to have to learn how to play basketball I I think they they’re turning the corner uh they the best word you use was relevant and what what happens hey can I hold you for one second can we hear Steve K talk Steve especially considering how that game ended Let’s Hear It Roll the tape think [Music] uh I’ve never seen a loose ball foul on a jump ball situation 8 ft from the basket with the game on the line I’ve never seen that um I think I saw it in college one time 30 years ago never seen it in the NBA um that is u i mean unconscionable I I don’t I don’t even understand what just happened you know loose ball diving on the floor 80 feet from the basket and you’re going to give guy two free throws to decide the game when people are scrambling for the ball just give them a timeout give them a timeout and let the players decide the game that’s how you officiate especially because the game was a complete wrestling match you know they didn’t call anything Steph Curry got hit on the elbow plain as day on a jump shot just clubbed right on there no call so you’ve established you’re just not going to call anything throughout the game it’s physical game we’re going to call it a loose ball foul on a jump ball situation with guys diving on the floor for with the game on the line This is a billion dollar industry got people’s jobs on the line as I am I am stunned I am stunned I give the Rockets credit they battle back they play great defense all night but I for our guys our guys battled back played their asses off and deserved to win that game or at least have a chance for one stop at the end uh to finish the game and that was taken from us by a call that I don’t think an elementary school referee would have made because that guy would have had feel and said you know what I’m not going to decide a game on a loose ball 80 feet from the basket I know you had a challenge obvious only had one time out left did you think about chall no no it wouldn’t have been uh it wouldn’t have been reversed um and I needed to save it um you know for the somebody pulled the plug over there in Houston but you got the uh you get the gist of what uh what Steve cerr is saying I mean I I agree with him you know the problem we we as fans and players have with referees is consistency I agree with Steve it was a wrestling match a lot of Miss calls but golden state was in trouble anyway you know they’re nine and one when when the score is 120 or more see you know right there van vet actually fouled house and that’s EXA pretty much the same call if if you if you rewind it back at TK and slow it down when when when he has the ball van Fleet jumps directly on top of him they’re fing him right there but also Ernie listen it’s greatest Steph Curry is that was a bad shot that was an awful shot because if he takes his time there’s only three seconds to go if that ball bounce around like that the game is over yeah so listen that Steph deserves some blame for this loss I agree with Steve they should not have called that call should have been a jump ball but or if you give or if you give Houston the time out give time out but but the whole thing started by Steph Cur is making a bad decision yeah but they weren’t going to win the game anyway because when you know when they shoot lesser than 3 1% from the three I mean 33% from the three they lose tonight they shot 31% so they weren’t going to win the game anyway so they were up with to go up Seven late in the game yeah I up six late in the game it’s a seven nothing run I told you about the analytics stuff yeah super tough call you know Bill Kennedy is a veteran referee you know so he’s not a he he he’s not I know Steve is upset in said the elementary school teacher wouldn’t make that but that guy’s been in the league for a long time he made a he made I I thought call he made the call but I thought it was not the right call uh you know but it was the call that it was it was a but the same thing had just literally happened to uh pton Gary pton Jr should just listen I love report but I don’t like uh that’s a jump ball or or or give it to Houston yeah give him a timeout you I expected to see this yes or or or timeout in Houston’s Ball but but that wasn’t r good question asked by somebody like sometimes Ral make mistakes they’re human I wonder if he had a challenge that if they would have just given him a timeout one of reporters asked him that question and Steve said he wanted to he had to hold on to it um wanted to hold on to his challenge well with three seconds with three seconds to go well that’s what that’s what Steve said yeah I didn’t hear yeah I didn’t did you hear hey hey take that base out your booss I’m sorry just I’m sorry I’m unable to do that uh okay so final score 9190 Houston over Golden State the uh the Rockets Advance oh we have more Steve ker uh we who else going pissed off I wanted to go to Las Vegas we wanted to win the this cup and um you know we we we aren’t going because of a loose ball foul 80 feet from the basket with the game on the line I’ve never seen anything like it in my life and uh that was ridiculous thank you so just to put the exclamation point on right well In fairness he wasn’t going to win the cup anyway long as Oklahoma City is waiting on his ass Shay Gill that you ain’t got to worry about Shay
