what is going on you guys Alex Chason back here with a brand new video and today we have to talk about Jimmy Butler in the Miami Heat what is going on in South Beach there are so many rumors so much conflict it’s actually becoming a huge confusion like what is going on is Jimmy Butler going to be traded are these rumors true or is sham chirania a complete liar who knows we’re going to dissect it all today so bear with me as we go through the backstory from a couple days ago all the way to what happened yesterday with Jimmy Butler sham Sania and Jimmy Butler’s agent Bernie Lee so let’s dive right into it talking about where the Miami Heat are currently so to start off the year they started off Rocky didn’t look great Jimmy buler looked like his 35-year-old age caught up with him he wasn’t playing great ball but as of late he started to turn back into form of what we have seen from Jimmy Butler the past two seasons the heat are currently 12- 10 they’re the fifth seed in the East they’re starting to ramp up they’ve won seven out of their last 10 games they’re playing really good ball and that really good ball got them a big win recently against the Cleveland Cavaliers in their last game you have to be playing some pretty good ball to beat the Cavs this season they did that so they’re starting to look better but where things got interesting was a few days ago there was a report from sham Sania saying that Miami Heat are open to listening to offers for Butler and making a deal if the prop proposal is Right League sources tell ESPN Jimmy Butler’s agent Bernie Lee he plays a huge piece in all of this he has indicated in League circles that Butler is open to destinations such as teams like the Houston Rockets the Dallas Mavericks and the Golden State Warriors so that was the report a couple days ago and when we saw this we weren’t shocked at least I wasn’t Jimmy Butler it’s a contract year Pat Riley and and Jimmy Butler have not agreed to anything so as of right now Jimmy Butler can walk free next summer and go wherever he likes he does have a player option but he is going to decline that because he wants a longer extended contract as he should want it will be his last contract of his career most likely I get that but nothing has gotten done with the heat and Jimmy Butler and that aspect of all of this isn’t really a shock we knew coming into this year Jimmy Butler was not going to get paid by Pat Riley Pat Riley has been very open about this publicly to the media saying I am not going to pay jimmmy Butler if he is not producing to the level that I like again that’s not exactly what he said I’m just paraphrasing but he’s basically said that and that’s why Jimmy Butler is playing on a contract year this is a really important season for Jimmy Butler so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibilities that the Miami Heat would look to move Butler if they didn’t really think he was part of their long-term future as this summer he could walk for nothing he could walk for free and if you’re any good team that has a star a super Superstar you want a return you don’t want your star just walking away for nothing you want something back so it wouldn’t be unrealistic for the Miami Heat to trade Jimmy Butler before the trade deadline but the timing of all this is very weird because as we started the video with the heat are starting to pick up pace Jimmy Butler himself is starting to look better so why would they want to ruin things because Pat Riley is okay with paying Jimmy Butler if he’s seeing success out of it he’s not against it he’s very open to it he simply has stated that he just wants Jimmy Butler to prove that he’s worth the contract that’s all that has to happen and as of right now the heat are starting to turn their season around they are 12- 10 the fifth seed in the East that’s nothing amazing but they’ve won seven out of their last 10 games beating the Cavs the best team in the league record-wise that’s a big accomplishment so the trade rumors circulating right now are just a little bit weird to see but then yesterday sham Sania doubled down on his reporting and he said the Phoenix Suns are another team that Jimmy Butler’s agent Bernie Lee has indicated in League circles that Jimmy Butler blah blah blah blah blah would be interested in joining I don’t need to read the rest of that but yesterday sham Seria doubled down and he did this on live TV it was before the play in Tournament game of the Knicks and Hawks that was a good game but he doubled down saying that Jimmy Butler’s agent Bernie Lee has indicated that Butler is also interested in joining the Phoenix son so where does that all get us well last night we saw something that is almost unheard of an agent publicly calling out a reporter publicly on Twitter or X whatever you want to call it so Bernie Lee went to Twitter in multiple tweets and I’m going to read all of this because it’s important to the story it’s important to the understanding for all of us I’m going to read this he said all right listen I gave you a pass yesterday because I was busy but if you don’t stop putting my name on your complete and utter madeup BS because you know you normally aren’t worth my time to acknowledge and then he continues but he’s calling out that the before information that Jimmy Butler was interested in the Rockets the Mavericks and the Warriors that was BS Bernie Lee is saying that is an utter Lie by sham serrania but Bernie Lee continues by saying I don’t know what I’m going to do because I’m a middle-age dad but just know it would indicate severe dislike world all this is fabricated I have never and honestly it wouldn’t help me or the position I represent to do anything that’s been reported by said journalist so he’s saying the original report is a lie and then he’s also saying the Phoenix Suns report is also a fabricated lie or a fabricated story I should say because fabricate fabricated and lie are the same basically the same thing anyways we’ll continue with this final thing saying Shams this is your opportunity to say my bad I let chat GPT write my tweets and it went old school he said some stuff I don’t really understand but he said carry on thank you wow not only is that very unprofessional which I don’t care it’s unprofessional whatever but it’s just the fact that an agent is taking that major leap to call out one of the biggest reporters in the entire world especially the biggest NBA reporter now that W has retired he’s calling him out directly and something I thought was really funny was that when you go to the tweet from sham Sania talking about the addition of the Phoenix Suns and Jimmy Butler under that there is something from Twitter saying this has been publicly stated to be false by Jimmy Butler’s agent what is going on what is going on so we have Elon Musk in Twitter now calling out sham Siria as well and then it gets that’s even better you have the Miami Heat owner publicly retweeting what Bernie Lee stated basically in the support of that all of this is BS and a lie and that brings us to right now us two in this video yeah I don’t know what to believe I I really do not know what to believe because if you look at it from the Sham side what does he have to lie about like he doesn’t need this story to make money he doesn’t need this story to get clicks he have another story come his way like why does he need to lie could someone have lied to him maybe but he’s saying in his reporting that Bernie Lee has stated this so I don’t know I love how on Twitter and all of social media they love that shames is getting called out they hate shames I don’t really have a hatred towards them I know it’s not w w is the OG he’s the goat but now we only have Shams really he’s the big dog I mean Wind Horse ain’t that I don’t know I just think this is all hilarious but then on the other side Bernie Lee why would he be calling out Shams because maybe he doesn’t want his client’s true intentions to be leaked that could be the possibility because if you go back to the beginning of the season I made a video on this there were rumors and this was coming from Bernie Lee that Jimmy Butler was interested in the Brooklyn Nets why would he be interested in the Brooklyn Nets he wouldn’t be they were using the Brooklyn Nets to try to force Pat Riley’s hand to pay Jimmy Butler at the end of the day Bernie Lee and Jimmy Butler want one thing this summer to get paid to get that final Max contract before Jimmy Butler retires and ends his career at the end of the day that’s all they want I don’t really think he cares where he where he’s at I think he actually really does want to stay in Miami but he wants to take the bag over staying in Miami so let let me restate that he wants to stay in Miami but if he has to go elsewhere to get that bag he will so at the end of the day he wants his money and all of this I don’t know what to believe because if you look at the teams that Jimmy buler is interested in there’s really only one realistic option here it’s the Golden State Warriors The Warriors have been interested in pairing a second star with Stephen Curry for some time now especially this season the Warriors look pretty good A lot better than most of us thought it would be a realistic thing for Jimmy Butler to go to Golden State and pair up with Steph Curry but then if you look at the trade possibilities I don’t know if the Warriors want to get rid of Jonathan kuminga they have to make a decision on him because this summer he’s a restricted free agent they might have to give him a bag or someone else is going to do that so they have to come to some conclusion on kuminga he started to play a lot better as of late but a possible trade could be Andrew Wiggins DeAnthony Melton Gary Payton Jonathan kuminga and then some draft picks I say this all the time don’t take the draft picks on mock trades I do too seriously I don’t know I’m not the GM I don’t know what the trade’s actually going to be but when we talk about the players I think that could be realistic and on the Warriors side it’d be Jimmy Butler Josh Richardson Alec Burks Thomas Bryant I just don’t know why would the Warriors want to get rid of Jonathan kuminga if he’s starting to play better they’ve started to insert him into the starting five so I don’t know I I understand it if he was still playing kind of mid of course they’re not going to want to pay him and yes you could trade him but now that he’s starting to turn up I don’t know it’s just such a weird thing going on with all of these rumors who do I believe I don’t know because the way Bernie Lee wrote this it’s just so angry and detailed like why would he be making that up again it would be to help his client and Jimmy Butler but but then on the Sham side what does he have to lie about what’s up guys I’m just editing the video and Sham Seria just jumped on first take and he said I a th% stand by my reporting it’s fully vetted and as a professional that’s what I do that’s what I get paid to do report truthfully and accurately that’s what this is wow sham serrania fired back at Bernie Lee saying this is a th% true what does he get out of lying not much I mean really nothing at all so yes he gets clicks for lying because people will read his articles he’ll get more followers whatever it may be but that’s like small details that don’t really matter because he’ll be able to pick up a big story whenever he wants to he’s the main NBA reporter for ESPN and for the league basically so he has nothing to really lie about but let’s just continue going through some of these teams and talk about some possible trades to close the video Jimmy Butler in the Dallas Mavericks does not work makes zero sense the Dallas Mavericks would have to give up half their team to acquire Jimmy Butler I’m not even going to throw a trade on the screen it’s just ridiculous they’d have to give up half their team and they can’t afford to do that because they need all the help they can get it makes no sense the Houston Rockets was another team they’d have to give up Jabari Smith Steven Adams Dylan Brooks to make the money work yes that could potentially work also throw some picks in there for the Miami Heat to be attracted to this deal but at the end of the day the Houston Rockets are playing great ball right now they’re a top I believe they are let me check they are the third SE yes they are the third second seed they’re tied with the Memphis grizzley second or third seed in the west they’re playing great ball they’re 17 and eight why would they shake things up why would they do that because they’re playing good ball and they’re young so they’re only going to get better I don’t think they would shake things up for Jimmy Butler if we’re talking about Kevin Durant Giannis something crazy like that maybe that’s a different that’s a different topic of discussion but for Jimmy Butler I don’t see it happening especially just giving up a lot of stuff I don’t I don’t see it and then the final team that was dropped yester yesterday the Phoenix Suns they’re worse than the Dallas Mavericks they would have to give up basically everyone that’s meaningful to them if they didn’t want to trade Bradley Beal like they’d have to give up all their depth that’s not amazing but they do have some good good pieces there they’ have to give up nurkic to make the money work it makes no sense the only way this is possible possible is if Bradley Beal is in the deal but Jimmy Butler for Bradley Beal like there’s no real positives there it’s kind of like okay so with all of that said that is all I have for you guys today and it’s very confusing right now with Jimmy Butler his agent the Miami Heat organization and then Shams shiria we’ll see how this plays out I’ll keep you updated more videos probably to come on this topic as we really don’t have any true answer on what is
