hey everybody what’s going on this video I’m going to be breaking down the top three NBA trade rumors that are going to be coming up uh in a while obviously with the trade deadline but usually you see some moves in December too so it’s a good time to check it out uh starting off here at number three we’ve got Brandon Ingram from the new or New Orleans Pelicans uh series for the Pelicans has been pretty shaky you’ve had a lot of injuries a lot of weird rotations they’ve been playing lately um kind of just seems like it’s going to be a throwa away year even though the the team plays really well on the court for considering missing so many of their big players um in this trade we’ll see Brandon Ingram go to the Hornets for Grant Williams who’s out for the year so this is already not happening um Josh Green Nick Richards and a first round pick this is interesting I I don’t think it ever really had much like really honestly Brandon Ingram’s been really important for the Pelicans he’s played really well this year he’s starting to shoot the ball really well from three I I don’t think the Hornets are trying to win anything right now I I think this would be kind of a a lateral move for both teams I think the Hornets would get better for sure with Brandon Ingram but I just don’t see a reason why the Pelicans would trade him for especially an injured player now so I don’t think this is going to work out number two we have Jimmy Butler the Miami Heat Jimmy’s getting up there for sure but I mean he can still randomly just take over games which kind of Mak him fun to watch um in this trade we’ll see Jimmy Butler go to the Houston Rockets for Dylan Brooks Jabari Smith Stephen Adams in a first round pick uh I don’t hate this trade if you’re the Rockets um I don’t think there’s a reason you need to make it either though I think the Rockets have a nice project going on with some young guys you’ve got for what it’s worth Dylan Brooks’s leadership on the squad um you’ve got Stephen Adams who’s a really good locker room guy and I think you’ve got a decent amount of assets from Trading away some of these Stars over the years still so I I don’t think there’s a reason for them to try to make a win now move like bringing in a Jimmy Butler who’s well over 30 at this point with some kind of worn down knees um I think it would be exciting but I don’t think it would make their team better really especially giving up these players Jabari Smith you know Dylan Brooks has played really well for them and then a future first round pick especially if your team is Young there’s just no reason to do that yet then our number one NBA trade block rumor we’ve got Giannis an Teno from the Bucks the Bucks have been having just a disaster of a season seems like they’ve kind of just been on a disaster of a season for the past two years maybe even three um and I think it’s a large part because of that Damen Lillard trade they made that just was a terrible fit I mean Lillard is incredibly talented he’s you know insane point guard he’s been probably one of the best point guards in the league over the last 10 years easily but they just it’s not a good fit at all when you have a a guard like Lillard who’s really Bal dominant and then you’ve got a guy like Giannis who’s Super Ball dominant and likes bringing the ball up the floor in transition it’s just you run into problems of there’s not enough touches there’s not enough minutes for these guys to get these touches so that was never really a great fit in my mind but in this trade we’ll see Giannis go to the Thunder for Isaiah hardenstein who I think is super underrated Cas Wallace who I I don’t think there’s anything there Nico opich nothing there Jaylen Williams uh not the other Jaylen Williams this is actually the tall one um a first round pick two first round three first round picks four first round picks four first round picks a solid Center and basically a whole not a lot not a lot else so I get that the Bucks would want to blow it up but I wonder if they can’t get a little bit of a better offer from someone else I think hardenstein is super super good but Jaylen Williams looks fun he looks exciting but in reality you’ve got basically four first round picks and a backup and a half of value coming here and I think that somebody else will offer a little bit more at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if maybe the Warriors offered a little bit more um so we’ll have to just see what happens there but kind of a disappointing top three but I mean I think it would be really exciting to see Giannis get moved somewhere and I think it’s it’s definitely looking pretty likely that it’s going to end up happening because I think he’ll want to do right by Milwaukee and help them get something
