didn’t like the first game since a coaching change that you guys didn’t seem to have that full complete intensity Pace Tempo and everything that kind of came to that that seemed like first game was a little off did you feel that I mean I think we just kind of got into their game like running g a little bit uh we didn’t really play exactly to our game and to our um our style and kind of what the game plan was I think we kind of got away from it and played into their game can they have the I mean they obviously get a l this Talent Hall of Fame Talent so they can kind of kind of get you to sort of yeah 100% I mean they play kind of like that three high and they’re good off the Run um obviously they got two guys out there uh they got two really good D they’re always out there making plays so uh they do jump up in the rush and I thought if we played you know more below the you below the goal line I think that’s where we could have won the game easily just from playing against their down low Trent do you see um the confidence rising in Jeremy these last few games s yeah yeah I think he’s always you know always pretty confident think he’s had some tough balances and he’s been playing good all year and uh you know I think he’s always uh very confident he’s a really good goalie I don’t think it changes if I don’t know what his numbers or everything is but I mean he’s he’s done a great job can you put a finger on the team struggle to maybe keep the puck out of the net in the final minutes of the game um of periods kind of uh yeah I mean I don’t know I I can’t uh we did it last game but then we responded well with a good third so I thought going into the period that um you know we don’t want to do that but we we did a good job um two nights ago or whatever it was to to come back but I don’t really have an answer for that I don’t know why that is maybe just a timing’s weird or unlucky but and how do you let this not be considered a step back after a big win over the Islanders uh I think we just go to practice go back to work tomorrow and uh try to flush it and know that we need to get better and um have a good game Sunday it’s going to be a cool game uh kind of get it going again what it like going up against Matt in this one uh Grizzy yeah yeah it was it was fun it was fun to see him um you know I thought he actually played really well he look good out there um guys play in Montreal Sunday a totally different kind of opponent um obviously they don’t have you know five Hall of Fame players or yeah you know they mean their team is trying to build something and it’s going to take them a long time what’s that what’s the mindset when you go up against a team like that I don’t think it changes I mean every team in the league uh you can uh win or lose to at this point I think the League’s pretty uh everyone has a different build team but it’s hard to win so I don’t think our mindset our game plan might change I think our mindset these are one or two things that you guys definitely have to put at the top of the list for what you do better come Sunday uh I think like you know we get a lot of shots and I think uh as a forward group maybe be in front of the goal a little bit more I feel like when you get whatever 30 plus shots like uh typically you’re going to score more than one time I think some of that is just you know maybe not having that n pres kind of Pittsburgh Pittsburgh likes to play that run and Gun Game what prevented you guys from kind of imposing your game to to choke that off uh I don’t know I don’t know if I have the answer for that right now but I kind of talked about earlier that’s the game we didn’t want to get into and they did a good job of doing that uh their D are very skilled and like to jump up in the play that’s something that we uh got away from is not playing wellow and taking I guess their defense it’s been it’s been really difficult for you guys to score at home four games now four goals any any thread to that you think that’s just I don’t know pressing we score equals next game and change I don’t really know I don’t really have the answer to that I wish I knew but I don’t know especially if you have a half dozen on Long Island the other night felt like it was coming yeah we felt that too I mean I don’t know we had a couple we had a couple really good chances there that could have it could have been 32 or 42 I mean I’m not saying not giving excuses but I mean sometimes they go thanks
