a Mountain West game of Interest with San Diego State hosting Utah State San Diego State laying four and a half uh in this one uh the the consensus lines again the BET us line as we do the Friday live show is not out yet but you’re seeing what is out there market price right now total 144 and a half Jeff I saw you nodding what interest you about this yeah I love San Diego State i’ I love this team right now they are playing great basketball you know season started they had some injuries uh you know miles bird I I believe was out for a couple of games um they had they had guys in and out they’re fully healthy now and ever since then five straight wins uh all of them have come by I believe six or more outside of the Houston game I think that game was close but it’s Houston as long as you get a win nobody cares um I just really love what this team does at home I so dominating in vas they essentially Win Every Game by double digits they beat Utah state three out of the last four uh this a Utah State team that under Jared coun they want to kind of push Tempo good luck doing that against San Diego State I mean they’re so a disciplined defensively they’re just not going to let you get up and down you’re going to do what they want to do you’re not going to do what you want to do uh yeah at this if it’s around three or four I think I’ll have some interest in the Aztec here I think they’ve beaten utel state two of the last three times at home by double digits uh this is Utah State team that I think just going to struggle here I play I played against Utah State a couple of weeks ago they played San Diego UC San Diego were favorites lost the game outright um there’s just something about this Utah State team I think they’re a little bit of a paper tiger here and they’re running into a buzz saw at home and again it’s a five-game win streak for San or for San Diego State they lost to Oregon in that Las Vegas multi-team event they turned around and beat Houston after that on the neutral floor in Vegas they have since blasted Fresno State by 22 they only beat Cal Baptist by six we did talk about that game on the show they also have an 11 point or 21 Point win excuse me 7150 over Cal so Corby thoughts on that total again this is the consensus line I keep repeating this it’s not the BET us line would you be interested at 144 or what would you be interested in for San Diego State Utah State yeah not really I think that number is pretty good it would be a San Diego State side or nothing for me I agree with Jeff this is a really fun team uh they’ve battled some shortterm injuries made it through um looked plenty fine also like I don’t know I I’m not that impressed by Utah State at 11 and one 46 per K pal everyone’s like yeah this team’s great I I just go down and look at their like Talent thresh hard it I don’t think it’s comparable like San Diego State has better athletes in in basically every situation also Utah state had a a player Drake Allen get hurt recently I think he played 3 minute he played three minutes for UC San Diego didn’t play in the St Mary’s game um not sure the injury the issue with that is like this team plays a pretty deep bench I think 43rd in the nation and bench minutes but inevitably how good is your six-man versus San Diego State’s uh starter I I struggle to think that they can go 40 minutes with this team um and if they don’t this goes under San Diego State loves to play the a feisty defense pretty slow tempo um and score late in the shot clock so this would be a San Diego State or probably under nothing for me I I’m just not buying Utah State at this point the S State they do a tremendous job of finding these long seven foot kids that come in and just are block like mavens they just stand in the block number one block percentage magon goath seven foot freshman I mean look at this guy’s block numbers I mean he gets like three blocks every game just an insane block percentage number one in America just crushing it right now um and there’s no great osore on this Utah State team so I just think at every level uh they’re kind of they’re kind of in a bad way here again the game will be on Fox replug for them three Pacific after the UCLA Gonzaga game they will play this on San Diego State’s home floor in the vas Arena uh for that matchup so we gave you some good thoughts on those again monitor the BET us line that’s going to be out here in a little while as some of these open up later on Friday afternoon as we do this live and with that [Music] I
