to put that on the screen but when I talk about Marcus rashford keep your eye out for a certain video that I’m going to put on the screen that was just a little brief flash that didn’t mean to happen but you’ll see it anyway when when we get round to that topic but first and formost most I want to talk about Diego Leon because last night um there was a lot of news breaking around this kid um and obviously the the wing back area has been um an area that we definitely want to recruit in we know that funds are not necessarily we haven’t got Millies in the bank as as the kids call it nowadays um so they going have to box clever in certain positions and this certainly seems like that kind of signing um obviously you’ve seen other ones that that we’ve made under inos like your um seu K in the Midfield um Samuel lale um Shido Obi Martin all these kind of young talents that we’re bringing in h highly touted around Europe and Diego Leon I think fits into that bracket as well um so this is the news that’s coming out it’s from Ben Jacobs is a couple of South American journalists who’ve been reporting it as well pretty credible journalist I would say um so Manchester United look to be closing in on signing the highly rated 17-year-old left back Diego leyon who plays for S portino if I’ve said that right if there’s any South Americans in the chat let me know if I’ve got it wrong his agent is in England to negotiate a deal worth $6 million between the clubs and with Jason Willcox involved in the operation now Diego leyon is widely regarded as one of the best under 18 South American talents possessing immense physicality for his age and a threat in attacking areas the paraguayan is lightning quick and extremely aggressive in Jewels um and like I said Jason wiox is leading the negotiation for this and talks are underway talk about $6 million uh 3 million quid 10 million rupees whatever currency you want to phrase it in that’s the price tag that we’re looking and we’re boxing around but yeah highly promising 17 years old gauging a lot of attention um not just from us from clubs in Europe um Arsenal Manchester City uh loads of Clubs looking at him and there’s good reason for that um you know he plays for C patinos I’ve already touched on the in the paraguayan Premier Division he’s made 19 first team uh appearances this season scoring two goals so he’s got a goal about him um and his back story actually brings a little bit of intrigue he’s had to really really climb his way and scrape his way i’ say to the top but to get to the point where he’s at um and I’m hoping actually a journalist I mean usual kind of Andy mittens and these kind of guys um get these Back stories and really dive deep because I only know surface level in terms of facing you know kind of significant challenges whether that’s with his family um to get to where he’s at so I I I want to see a journalist a South American journalist really cover this and I’ll keep an eye out for that if there is is any further digging but look it’s exciting it might not be exciting people probably never heard of including myself never heard of Diego Leon before the name got actually mentioned but that’s the good thing about this United always go for obvious players or even if it’s like an obvious young Talent they they’ll go and pay a shitload of money for it and sometimes it doesn’t work out it what any he also doing the one thing at the moment that’s probably positive out of all the the other piles of [ __ ] that’s going on um is the young talents that are coming through and is Carrington so damn right you better nurture that and and bring through these young kids 100% um who is Diego Leon initial thoughts and liter I just saw the reports last night so we are in terms of knowledge about this player we are diving into this together um he sounds exciting everything I’m hearing about him tenacious extremely quick uh stays fit for for now um let’s see if the United curse hits him but obviously there’s been a huge issue last year only just coming back you don’t really know where he’s going to be at if Ruben Amon even fances him to be honest not in that way um Luke Shaw listen I don’t need to just speak about him anymore we know the crack with that he he’s just never going to come back it seems like he’s never ever are going to be fit and available and if he does it’ll be two three weeks and they’ll be out again so he’s he’s one of the players that they’ll probably look to offload in the summer likewise with a few others that that are on the list as well which I will talk about in a moment but if you’re going to bring in fresh young Talent like this um I’m trying to think that brings to mind South American fullbacks that we’ve had and when they talk about aggression and stuff I remember Gabriel H Hines hin whatever you want to call him I would say Hines reminds me of beans but hin was a South American fullback that we’ve had um obviously we’ve had Raphael we’ve had H Fabio the two twins there valenci don’t forget from Ecuador really really good right back uh you know we’ve we had quite a few South American fullbacks when you think about it I mean that was just me thinking off the top of my head I’m sure there’s probably more um obviously Brighton have Esther pinan at fullback um yeah I don’t know South Americans seems to adapt to the Premier League now it’s not always the case because you have someone from Paraguay himself in um alaron at Newcastle who can’t get a sniff at a minute I know we had a a Mad Season last year or the year before um but yeah the whole point of it is anyway I don’t want to go off on too much of a tangent he looks like a promising Talent you never really know it’s a few years down the line I mean he turns 18 in April 2025 so any potential move anyway will likely happen after his birthday he talking about in the summer won’t happen in January I mean they could agree a deal in January uh like an whole financial package but then he won’t be able to move until after his birthday so you’re probably looking at the summer and then he’s got to be integrated and it’s going to take a couple of years so it’s not one for now it’s one for the future but it it’s still exciting and a lot of United fans prior to inos coming in I Le what we had spoken about on this channel anyway was about getting these kind of youngsters before they become that player before Caso becomes 120 million pound play or whatever it is that Chelsea paid for him United had an opportunity to go buy cedo for 5 million and we turned it down and now we look like [ __ ] idiots so if these are the things mon for Palace is another great shout as well absolutely if these are the things that we’re doing to build these stars then Lindelof is another one I I have no issue with Lindelof in terms of you know application or anything like that his professionalism is fine but I’m just saying people that are there he’s he’s still really good athletic quick good on the ball and you don’t have to worry too much defensively going back so Alfonso Davis is one um I think we need the left side in Center half to be honest with you I don’t mind misari there I think he’s good um but I also think he could play anywhere on the pitch he’s just a chameleon so I think we need a left side Center half who that would be I don’t know I’m not really focused on that area in terms of individuals I think a striker as well but we again you’re not going to sign all those plays in January Alone um how is David realistic another player on 300K a week the wages is the one thing that isn’t realistic with Davis which I I agree with but the fee is realistic so it depends on the total package depends on the total package and how much he demanding and and all these kind of things and if Bayern are going to offer the r a new contract or you know because everyone’s talking about Madrid Madrid Madrid Lenny Oro was supposed to be going to Madrid and Lenny Oro ended up at man united so we’ll waiting see what happens with that all right let’s talk about Marcus rashford then and before we do so people on Tik Tok you won’t see this clip environment as hard as it is to see him go genuinely I believe that thoroughly um it’s it’s sad is it it is sad um I just looked at where we are in the table it’s Grim viewing isn’t it Lads yeah 13th role though Midfield in general was the most difficult role CU You’ got to contribute both forwards and backwards when you’re in the back line you’ve got every the G all the games in front of you and that plays to his ability because he can play them passes he can cut through the lines you put him push him up into Midfield one his physicality Mobility I don’t think is the best and and two you’ve got to have your scanners on everywhere and I just don’t know if he would person I don’t know for me I just don’t think he would personally work there and I think that’s why we haven’t put him in there um I thought he’d be okay as a wing back as a left back sorry not a wing back um when we had a back four didn’t really work out and then as a left Center back I just think he’s shocking at defending wide channels I think you saw that in the Portal game so I think it’s big question marks on him going forward um but it’s weird because I love him he’s one of my favorite players in terms of as a person so yeah who should be leav in the club in your opinion um right now for me going through the team Luke Shaw um Erikson I still think casmiro can be a part of the team for now I think it’s question marks on doow I’m not convinced by doow at all I I again he’s another one off the pitch and everything you know he’s his application is absolutely fine but he seems to always have a mistake in him or a lapsing concentration and he’s not great defending either so I’m 50 I went on him at the moment Anon is definitely one that needs to go um rashford I would say xer say I’m not utterly convinced on at the moment but I hope he works out rasur he shouldn’t be a starting Striker for Man United he should be building with someone who’s 27 28 now he he definitely shouldn’t be a starting Striker for United mount’s another one who I’m a huge fan of the player but I don’t know I don’t I want to see more I want to see more I know he’s capable of it but I want to see more from him I I start to see something in the game from Mount and I’m like okay and then you don’t really build on it so he’s another one that’s definitely asked a beauti for question I think there’s a lot there’s a lot of players that that can go there’s a lot of players uh Martinez in Midfield would get caught in the Press he hasn’t got the ability to turn like kobby or ugat exactly exactly Rasmus needs someone at the club who can bang an in go we can feed off exactly if You’ got Harry Kane there and Rasmus is your second choice Striker and you’re bringing him for these kind of games like Victoria pleas in tomorrow night then it’s okay but as your starting Striker I mean how many goals has rasman got this season in the Premier League it’s probably what [ __ ] two goals maybe let’s have a look two goals in 10 matches in the Prem uh three in the Europa League so he’s got five in all comps that’s your starting Striker for your team that’s why he’s a young kid he needs to be learning off another one Rasmus and mount should be moved on along with garnacho and rashford I don’t think garnacho suits the role either that inside ten roll I don’t I think that’s why I’m saying I think they’re going to be ruthless in the summer I’m not saying they’re going to be one gu naturo but I think they’re going to move on quite a few players um would you guys keep theet Martinez the lit would I think theit’s been against Arsenal he he was went under the radar for me him and Ugarte in particular I thought were really good uh so deleting that Central Center back role I’m fine with um the one thing I’ll say with him in buildup a little bit I think he he’s he’s not the best receiving it and then pinging it off to you know the one of the right center backs on the left side he’s not the best for that but I I think I think going forward is enough it’s enough it’s not a priority for me uh majari definitely play over the season so far no doubt about that it was on would have been in contention but that mistake he made against um Nottingham Forest I mean that was just for a premier league level goalkeeper to be letting that in yeah that that title instantly gets taken away from you even being in the conversation no Premier League goalkeeper should be letting a goal in that’s going straight at him I mean it’s got the tiniest bit of swerve on it but that is [ __ ] criminal what he done absolutely Criminal can he bring back Ralph ragn he was quite obviously right and his work ethics are right there with Ino yeah ra ragn spoke absolute gospel then it his words still to this to this day we put a short out with ragn talking about you you know the the heart surgery you know this is what was it I’m trying to think of the actual words that he says this is open heart surgery right that he said it
