board so I’m really happy today and talking about assists um it was a nice moment when you gave the ball to ARD for for his penalty and then he he gave it back to you uh H how was that moment no it was nice M’s a top player he’s been playing so good since he’s come back and he wanted to take the penalty to score today and I’m more than happy to give him the ball cuz he always gives me the ball so we have a good connection and like I said let’s just keep this form going yes the connection is is on and off the pitch then yeah on and off the pitch yeah and and for your goal uh of course is a priority for you to score goals but how have you been feeling with the movements the the team has been making and the connections the link ups are back with with other the guard yeah I think better position he always puts the the ball across you he’s not he’s not a greedy not selfish he’s not always after the goals you know and and you know he might be happy with the assist you know but he wants goals but he knows that when he’s in a right position he will Square it to a guy in a better position so that shows you a quality player but he seems to be a player as are all of the players actually that seem to be just improving and taking it up a level up a gear every time we see them play especially in the last three games but I think Arsenal’s been like that for the last few seasons they can score five and six goals um cuz in the forward areas they got so much quality um the way the manager wants to play you know his attention to detail you know from from what you hear you know he loves coaching he spends hours and hours in coaching set peace coaching you know so he takes all the boxes so you expect them to be like that so David what is the key from your experience of maintaining this level what’s the key to continuing that level of success with the games coming thick and fast with the Premier League schedule Relentless over the Christmas period because what they want to do is is maintain that high standard yeah and and it’s it’s keep that momentum going um hopefully stay away from injuries you know and have a full Squad to choose from cuz that really makes a dein knocking you know like cross in with Pace on with his right foot bending it in you’ve got sacker on the other side with his left and it’s just it’s it’s really hard to defend you know and that’s why you’re getting a lot of the little flicks and then with Gabrielle coming in timing it perfectly it’s just the head you know it’s proper header on goal and it’s in you know the goal is don’t hardly ever move how as a goalkeeper would you deal with that it’s really hard cuz it’s all about reactions you know and then there bodies in front of you and unless it HS you you ain’t really got a chance because it’s so close that’s why you want your obviously your Defenders to make first Contact because when there’s so much movement like that and there blocks and stuff I don’t think the goalkeeper can do anything yeah well we talked about sacka he provided the assist for that and then for the second goal which trossard fired home Trad he’s a good player he’s getting more and more chances to to start in this Arsenal side as well yeah he is and this is like what I was talking about earlier you know like oard finds him there and BAU could easily shoot there but he he knows that there’s two people in a better position and he just squares it and whether he likes his assists I’m not I’m not still not having that properly you know he’d rather score but he’s he’s a very intelligent football player but you’re right that’s an example of what you’re saying easily shoot what would you do J probably would have shot but Le Arsenal the way Arsenal playing at the minute it reminds me of the invinci BS when you had that TI on re um ashiko Robert Perez when you know on that they always vacated that left hand side of the pitch and very unselfish you see a lot of the Arsenal goals back then first saw it I thought oh he’s just you know there wasn’t a lot of contact on the player but then when you actually see it slowed down there’s no contact on the ball at all it’s a touch on his on saca’s left shin I think it is and he goes down and that’s it you know just there or left side of his ankle and yeah it’s a penalty do you know what he’s really good at when he’s like a 1 V1 specialist you know like when he when he gets 1 V one he commits people and as soon as they move he just goes past them so easy but it was definitely a penalty and obviously odard here you always F him to score yeah and then I’m sure and it was interesting sacka giving the ball to odard there which well I’m sure it’s because of that celebration there it’s that celebration there players are too 20 I know he’s under 20 so he is still a young player he is a Turkish International and the player I’m talking about is ARA guler who is an extremely uh talented young player who has a lot of potential and that’s why real Madrid signed him signed him a year ago paying a lot of money and even Barcelona was chasing him but he the player decided to join Real Madrid instead of Barcelona because Playing For Real Madrid was his dream and then when he arrived at Real Madrid it wasn’t you know the best of starts he got he got injured it was a long-term injury and he didn’t get to play much we just saw videos of him in training and he was really great in that so we were excited to see him play but uh because he got injured we couldn’t really see him play for a long time and right at the end of the season he got a run of matches where he played and in those matches he showed us Why Real Madrid paid so much money to sign him at a young age he scored a lot of goals in those games and provided some assists so we thought that this season he’ll get his chance and he’ll you know impress us but when this season even after this season started he didn’t really get a lot of chances and that’s understandable because Real Madrid’s attack is really stacked they have you know the likes of venicius mbapp Rodrigo they have andri Brahim Diaz so it’s hard for an attacking player to get a chance there and that’s when Arda Gula was thinking about maybe going out on loan they have tried you know loaning out the young talent and it has worked for them in the past like they loaned out you know odard who was also a similar Talent so loaning out does really work for Real Madrid but then something happened at Real Madrid and players starting getting injured like Rodrigo even venicius has you know received an injury and arag gulas got his chance he has played four games until now this season but he’s yet to you know replicate his form that he replicated at the end of last season he has 0 goals and zero assist in his four games and this is his chance to impress uh the management at Real Madrid to impress Carlo angelotti and you know earn his team earn his place in the first team and uh give a stiff competition to the other players if he’s able to perform right now while those other players who have who are the starting players are injured uh it’ll be hard for those players to get back into the team and you know take back this spot if ARA guler is performing well so ARA guler needs to Capital needs to capitalize on this chance and uh needs to perform well he has been playing well in the games but he has lacked end product he hasn’t provided any assists or goals so he needs to work on that part of the game uh we know he can do that he has the ability to do that because we saw that last season so he just needs to stay calm and you know find his moment he is a really gifted player he has a technical ability to uh dribble with the ball he can easily you know dribble past two three players he’s he likes to take shots from outside the box and that’s where we have seen him you know be really dangerous we saw him score in the Euros for turkey that wonderful goal from outside the box that curled in in the top corner so he we know he has the ability to score goals from even outside the box and he’s really clinical from even inside the box and with uh with his technical ability that he has he can you know he can you know take the ball forward even Under Pressure even if players are pressing him he’ll dribble past two or three players and progress the ball forward and help his teammates I think having a player like aruler in your team when you have mbapp and venicius is really helpful because auler can find them with his passing ability and vishas and mbapp can go on runs forward and I ler will find them and it’ll be a perfect ball and then they can finish them of those chances off because of their great finishing ability and ARA guler will have you know gained an assist in that process and he’ll have helped his team now I think he needs to work on his physicality a little bit he has you know even at such a young age he has received I think he has gotten injured twice and both of those injuries were longtime injuries so he needs to you know stay fit and prevent injuries because we have seen this before a promising talent coming out onto the scene and then getting injured getting long time injuries and then that Del derails a career you know and suarti was a similar player at such a young age he was performing at such a high level but then he got injured and after that we never saw the same player again so arula needs to make sure that he can stay fit that is the first priority for him and let’s see what happens with aruler if he’s able to you know nail his sport in the first team and give stiff competition to the likes of Rodrigo so until then that’s it for this video goodbye [Music]
