π Video Description:
Hey in this video I talk about what’s a FRONT/BACK Pause and why exactly do players have that in thier cue-action. I was facinated to find out after a bit of research that Stephan Hendry( in his young days) and Ronnie’O Sullivan, both have a Front-Pause in their cue action, I feel after Sight-Right Stephan Hendry has started using a Back-Pause. Ronnie also kind of pauses at the back too, but not as prominent as Mark Selby or Anthony McGill. It is SO SO important to have a Pause be it Front/Back to make sure of certain elements in the cue-delivery.
Snooker is much more deeper than I thought, Judd Trump in a interview spoke about how he kind of feels (visualizes) the shot. I also speak about what Shaun Murphy noticed in Judd’s cue-action.
Also a QUICK TIP on which muscle to use during striking a shot!

so why do these players do this right before playing a short hey so in this video I’m going to tell you guys why do these players do exactly what they do and what is a back pause and what’s a front pause the concept Remains the Same but it is a pause and doing this will Skyrocket your game to another level and trust me it has worked for me and a couple of my friends who’ve tried it so I’m sure it will help you out too so stick around and like I told you even if you’re a beginner or fairly Advanced or you play pool or some other Q Sport this will work to you so the game of snooker is all about potting balls right so all in all it boils down to how well do you strike the ball seeing a lot of players who tend to have no sort of Rhythm this game is all about Rhythm and the better your rhythm is the more bigger breaks you’ll make now in order to improve your queue delivery you need to have some kind of a starting point and that’s when the pause steps in uh a lot of players have a front pause few players have a back pause the concept Remains the Same so what exactly happens when these guys just pause pause right before striking the ball it’s simple so when you’re down on the sh and Feathering at the white on your last feather mildly pause before delivering the shot now how will that affect your shot because you have paused right before striking the C Ball you are making sure that you start from point zero major mistakes that I have seen a lot of other pubs and pool parlers is they don’t have a back or front paws having this back or front paws would let you strike the ball with much more Authority and much more conf conf so it’s only going to help you out in your game since you made it till the end one bonus tip for you is to use your tricep muscles to deliver the shot rather than using your forearm and trust me this will make a world of difference because you are not using that much amount of effort or power and trust me you don’t need that much power in this game unless and until you J Trump J Trump as we all know whilst Feathering the shot he kind of is at a wrong striking angle but as soon as he strikes the ball he makes sure that he’s in line and it kind of the Stars the line if if you’re a beginner to try to learn that something which you don’t want and um it’s more about the mind and body connect so I urge you guys to go out there let your tricep muscles do the work and also try to see if a back pause is working for you or a front pause coming from J Trump to ronio solivan now Rono solam is a very talented player also very good Q action but he tends to drop his elbow is that correct yes of course it’s correct should you have it click here to find out
