when you enter the transfer portal at Cal was there any weirdness there was no weirdness at all I was really excited cuz I got my degree I put my name in the portal I DM so many coaches 20 schools Portland State offered you right away yeah right away and then it was pretty quiet for like a month or two after teams had their Spring ball they’re more set on their rosters and they see where their holes are and then they can reach back out when did Oregon State reach out during that window recruiting me was coach Boyer they were going to come out and see me on Monday he called me he’s like hey we’re going to have to go a different Direction I’m not going to be able to come down so I’m just going to offer you over the phone did he do it on purpose yeah he did it on purpose he did have a little bit of fun with it
