I feel like lately on my channel I’ve been talking a lot about trades and today is no different apparently Jimmy Butler is available so you know what we’re here to talk about it so earlier today a report was dropped that the Miami Heat are taking calls on Jimmy Butler which doesn’t mean that he’s like they’re like actively shopping him right and like it seems like it’s a pretty reputable Source I mean the the Miami Heat while in a pretty good standing I mean they’re the fifth seed right now um they’re probably looking at their team and they’re like hey you know we should at least take the call to kind of see what’s up Miami Heat always trying to be the best team that they can they probably are looking in the mirror and saying hey how good are we actually I mean we’re kind of struggling to utilize a lot of the salary on this team is it worth kind of going into like a blowup situation or something like that hard to tell now it does it sound very Miami Heat to just go and blow everything up completely no not really typically they’re one of those teams that are like hey we just put it all into every season that we can and we’ll try and figure it out it’s not it wouldn’t be the first time that the Miami Heats shock us all and they go all the way to the finals even out of nowhere right after just squeaking into the playoffs I mean it happened very recently so it’s it’s not a stretch to say that they would just want to figure things out but what I want to do in this video is explore all of the possible trade scenarios for Jimmy Butler I want to take a look at every team and talk about like hey is this even feasible or not so that’s what we’re going to do we’re going to try to do it in a realistic fashion I’m not just going to mock up some nonsense trades for some nonsense trades like I want to actually talk about this stuff and hey make sure you guys leave a like subscribe and comment I’ve responded to every single comment to my YouTube channel Chan and I intend to keep on doing so so if you leave a comment I will reply and I love replying to the comments hey appreciate youall let’s start talking about it so Jimmy Butler this season 19 points per game so a little bit low in terms of Jimmy Butler standards right uh 17 games so he’s had a couple nagging injuries here there the efficiency though pretty dang good overall like the field goal percentage is awesome the effective field goal percentage is great he’s above League average for three-pointers he doesn’t take very many traditionally and he’s definitely above his career average so that’s great I mean getting some rebounds the assist numbers are good for his position he has a pretty high usage rate so you might wonder why there’s not a few more points being scored he plays in quite a few minutes as well and the turnovers are low so he’s keeping the ball under check as well and but one thing I kind of wanted to note CU like you know I watch some Heat basketball here and there I I watch a lot of basketball right I was like I feel like Jimmy Butler’s defense and maybe just the Miami Heat defense in general hasn’t been quite up to par and so what I wanted to do is I wanted to go check like the actual like hard numbers and stuff that I would go look at to kind of try to validate these things now there’s a lot of factors that go into like estimated adjusted like plus minus on the offensive and defensive end if you guys want to look into this stuff yourself you certainly can they give you nice little explanations that you can read here they’re very lengthy though and if you don’t understand statistics you won’t understand them so but don’t don’t let that stop you right go learn something new why don’t you um so I I was looking into it and this is what I found so Jimmy Butler is actually um a plus 3.8 in the offensive estimated plus minus which is really really good for reference joic is like off the charts here you can see it actually in this chart over here this is jokic’s offensive game compared to everybody else in the NBA which is crazy Who’s down here damn Isaiah ker is this Cody Williams no they still haven’t climbed back out and uh we’ve got like Huck pory trayor guys like that Dario SAR yeah he’s having a rough season Maxi kba down there but yeah this this is joic Jimmy Butler though is in the 96 percentile so he’s this Little Dot right over there there’s Jimmy Butler right really really good offensive player why is that well he’s got a pretty high usage rate it’s in the 71st percenti which is still pretty high we already looked at the numbers like good counting stats at the end of the day I know he’s not scoring 20 points a game but 19 points a game is a lot of points per game in the NBA he’s dishing out the ball right he’s not turning the ball over very much he’s very very efficient in what he does so that’s why like we we see him as such an impactful offensive player right and there’s a bunch of other factors that go into this number but looking over here at this defensive number that’s where things get kind of interesting and so I’ll scroll all the way down so that we can actually see him on the chart or whatever here here’s Jimmy Butler again and so again you can see on that chart on the right that’s where he is compared to all other like defensive players in the NBA and he’s actually in the 41st percen High which means he’s a below average defender in the NBA this year which I find interesting like it’s not a horrible number obviously but my my theory was correct that I feel like he’s been a step slower maybe not as crazy in like attacking I feel like I don’t see as many of like his his like patented like steals for a jam right I feel like he’s always like jumping passing lanes and getting Steals and stuff like that but again he’s older now he’s he’s starting to slow down a little bit right and again he’s he’s had some injuries this season so maybe that’s part of it right maybe we’ll see it kind of pick back up as the season goes on but nevertheless that’s where we find him and if you guys were curious worst defensive player Keon George by far not even a question OB be topping down here Jordan Hawkins Kellin Johnson IO dumu that one’s kind of surprising and then we see Chris Dunn all the way here at the top with Chad Homen amen Thompson Jaylen Williams Evan Moy the guys we expect to see up there defensively so kind of a cool thing where did uh where did wemi go out of curiosity because he was okay so wem’s up here now that’s interesting Chris dun though having a crazy defensive season uh I’m sure you guys would be wondering about like some other people here as well but we’re not here to talk about that we’re here to talk about Jimmy Butler so what can we do with Jimmy Butler Jimmy Butler’s got an enormous contract right an enormous contract it’s it’s a lot of money to move how we can just go over to fanso now you guys know I’m going to fans spow at the end of the day I probably already inted this video too long but two years $48 million just on this year alone so we all know with how the aprons work and everything nowadays that it’s really really hard to trade people so what I figured we’d do we’re just going to go through every single team top to bottom and figure out it does it make sense to trade Jimmy Butler and spoiler alert there’s not many teams that this is going to work for not many at all I haven’t thought about this too much at all prior so we’re just going to go into it and see what the hell happens where can we trade Jimmy Butler and again I want to preface do I think the heat are actually going to pull the trigger on this no I think they’re just gauging interest as to what’s going around the league and everything but who knows maybe somebody throws a bag cuz like Jimmy Butler’s still a really good player right but it’s a lot of money and you’re going to lock yourself in if you go in and get a Jimmy Butler as with any player right it’s the same with like is Zack LaVine or something right now so anyway let’s talk about Jimmy Butler let’s start from the bottom new orans Pelicans I don’t see this I mean there’s there’s logic somewhere that says you could do a Brandon Ingram Jimmy Butler swap does that really make sense for either team right now no the Pelicans are trying to figure out what to do with Brandon Ingram they don’t need to bring in another expensive player or something like that and that and of an aging player so Pelicans no doesn’t make sense Utah Jazz no there would be no reason for them to go out and get a Jimmy Butler right now the Portland Trailblazers while I wouldn’t mind them like trading some people or something like that to um get Jimmy Butler on the team have a good vet or something like that you could give up a Jeremy Grant you could give up Denny along with it and that’s probably worth the Jimmy Butler or something like that hell the money might even work pretty well there I’m doing some quick math and yeah it would um I just I don’t see the point right I don’t see the point I don’t see the point in the Heat doing that either it just I don’t know doesn’t make a ton of sense to trailers Trailblazers Sacramento Kings yeah I know there’s like some dear and fox Rumblings here and there I’m not not buying into that I don’t think so the Kings have been trying to be good for so long and they finally got a decent roster they just can’t hit a three-pointer to save their lives uh I’ve been seeing other kings fans like in my comments and like other things uh DMS and stuff like that being like I don’t know why the Kings like can’t figure things out right now everything metric-wise tells us that this team should be good but they can’t hit three-pointers and so I guess that’s just the reason why they can’t win basketball games and I’m looking at you Kevin herder and Keegan Murray I talked about you so much this offseason Keegan Murray I expected more I I don’t know what it is the the chemistry with these three have apparently messed up the rest of them somehow I don’t know I don’t understand it either but Kings I don’t I don’t think so I don’t think so the San Antonio Spurs interesting so basic logic would tell you don’t rush to the Spurs right even though there are a lot of people this offseason now we’re like get Trey Young on this team right now so wemi doesn’t leave whoa relax y’all relax um I my my my logic still applies here I don’t think it should be done now could you in theory say like okay we want to continue the trend of getting good vets around like wemi and stuff like that make sure the culture is all right on the team yeah Jimmy Butler for two seasons probably not the worst thing in the world right like he fits the Spurs very well so that makes some sense so I’m just going to just going to mock it out it’s probably Kellin Johnson right you send him back he’s a young player with on a longer contract that they can mess around with send back Harrison Barnes to make money work that should work right Financial I need to cut another $2 million okay well then let me find somebody else that I can cut for even cheap or a little bit more can I send you guys like brandom or something like that and then you guys send me back somebody a little cheaper like Alec Burks or something like that why don’t we do something like that is that enough recently sign okay yeah that’s fine this is uh like throw in some picks or something like that too you probably have to throw in like a pick for Jimmy Butler in this I wouldn’t say anymore but um just in all realisticness I I don’t think the Spurs should do something like this I do think they should move on from like brandom I like Kellin Johnson in his new role I I also like that he wears the number zero and he kind of looks like a young Russell Westbrook at this point in his career and I I think Harrison Barnes has been fine for them this season so I don’t necessarily think you need to do that moving on from them the Phoenix Suns there’s just no conceivable way that the Suns can make like many trades at all Minnesota oo okay so let’s just operate in the world of realism for a second and then I’m going to move to the World of Fun for a little bit okay so just work with me for a second Jimmy Butler there is no shot the Minnesota Timberwolves taken back after everything and I don’t think Jimmy Butler would ever want to deal with that stuff again is it like a completely new team and everything yes you are completely correct right and so you could say maybe there’s some logic there now Julius randle’s on this team he needs somewhere to go right maybe maybe we could do something like this let me just send Julius Randall back these guys are pretty equivalent talents in my opinion so what happens here so they’re unable to do it because of salary reasons they need to cut $15 million more dollars yeah no not happening not happening and you’d have to do like some sort of three teamer or something like that it’s it’s going to become too complicated already um is there a way that we can get another team involved into this and make it no I’m not going to spend time on this cuz this wouldn’t happen anyway I told you guys I’d keep this video as realistic as possible so let’s move on Lakers Lakers are always in play is Jimmy Butler the missing piece for them no almost certainly not um but would they probably take him at this point like the Lakers would totally do something like this so let’s at least explore it right so what do we need to make happen they’re first apron team so we have to be pretty careful with the money that we’re using so Jimmy Butler goes over there that’s fine they send back D’Angelo Russell cool they’ve been looking for a point guard anyway because Terry Rosier doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing out there right now so we’re doing that we’re going to almost certainly have to get a third third team involved so let’s get let’s get Brooklyn involved because that’s that’s just a team that can take on salary and stuff like that um what are we going to do with this what are we going to do with this so we need to send more money out can we also move Terry Rosier in this somehow Wonder let me let me think about that so what else can we give the Miami Heat for taking stuff on like this we could send over like a Buon to the Heat or something like that can we ship Terry Rosier off to the uh the Nets just play with me for a second what do we got right here so yeah they need to cut$ 30 million more dollars that makes sense okay uh we’re not sure if Terry Roser will be able to um be a part of this but we’re going to investigate we’re going to investigate uh ruy haimura goes over to the Nets they’ll take an interesting young player right that’s cool in their books right that’s cool in their books uh how much more money do I have to eliminate here need to cut $13 million that can be done that can be done so we have 11 million in Gabe Vincent right we have 11 million in Gabe Vincent so he goes back to the heat no that’d be diabolical there’s no way I could do that to them um but I kind of want to so is this even a thing now do the Heat have too much money now no they don’t so interesting and they could use the point guard help at this point too so okay we’re messing with this a little bit we’re messing with this we need to ship out some more players though we need to ship out some more players so need to cut another two-ish million send Christian Wood over to the Nets his ass goes over there and now the Lakers have sent out four players they need to take some players back to make this like somewhat um worth their time so we send back like a trendon wford does that make sense like that could be a guy that could be like a spacer for them or something like that send him send his ass over to the Lakers what do we got now now we have too much money on the roster again so can we cut someone more than Chris I do this live with you guys because I want to show like how difficult these things are to try to work out right so we need to cut that much money is there somebody more expensive than Christian would we’ll get him to take Jared Vanderbilt right like let’s let’s just call it what it is Jared Vanderbilt doesn’t need to be here we ship him off to the Nets they’re willing to take on like a bad contract or something like that why not so where are we at now where are we at now recently signed okay we’ve got something here what happens now so what have the Nets traded they’ve traded nothing they want and nothing they want they took on a bad contract and got an interesting young player okay that’s that’s not the worst thing in the world we’re going to make them take like some picks or something like that the heat just gave up Jimmy Butler and that’s they’ve got like nothing back they got back D who’s interesting Buon who they probably just buy out or something anyway maybe they try to use them because they try to win this year and Gabe Vincent’s back Gabe Vincent’s back and they know how to use Gabe Vincent so they might actually be excited about that pix wise pick wise pick wise got to give him the 2029 first right I feel like that’s just the bare necessity so we’ll even make we’ll make it like top five protected or something like that maybe that’s fair send that over to the heat so they get a pick out of this and we probably got to include some seconds like a second as well attached to Jared Vanderbilt maybe you guys could convince me of two this Clipper second can go over to the Nets so they can they can that they got an interesting younger guy in ruy that they can mess around with he’ll be a good Landing Pad type player for whoever they draft this season try this trade what do we think about this what the the heat gets a bunch of nothing and they just get a first round pick for Jimmy Butler that feels kind of sad doesn’t it is there anything else that we can kind of give them we can give them bronnie sell some tickets why the hell not right uh I’m not giving them like DQ I could give them DQ Whitehead I guess if they really want um they took took in two players traded two players they traded one player they took on three we could help relieve them of like a little bit of salary or something like that couldn’t we okay so can we move like DQ Whitehead over to the heat as well or something like that and then move Duncan like over to the Nets I don’t know is this even possible or have we reached a salary problem now Financial you need to cut another two-ish million dollars Lakers have sent out okay we’ll send one more we’ll send one more net back uh you can have Shake Milton over to the Lakers there you go that should work right give me this trade hard cap uh okay no remove 10 million of income no okay whatever you guys you guys saw the previous trade so we’ll just we’ll just go with that one something like that to um to make it work with him going to the Lakers and that’s probably one that could I could reasonably see happen is him going to Lakers the Nuggets um no I’m not doing the Michael Porter Jr Jimmy Butler swap I’d rather have Michael Porter Jr uh with with this group at least so we’re not doing that one the clippers clippers clippers Clippers no there’s no way they can financially pull this off they’d rather have Kawhi Leonard and James Harden so nope we’re doing that the Warriors I’m sure this one’s going to get brought up I don’t think that you’re going to get enough of a jump from Andrew Wiggins to Jimmy Butler to Warrant doing a trade like this where you’ll have to supplement it with other things as well cuz now you’re throwing in like kaminga and things like that now let’s just say we got the Pelicans involved in this right I’m just going off the top of my head right let’s say Jimmy where’s Jimmy going in this where is Jimmy no cuz you still got to move like Wiggins and stuff like that I just no I’m not messing with it I it doesn’t make sense it doesn’t make sense and I’m not going to do it Dallas this would be a great team for Jimmy Butler to be on it would no clue how they would make this trade actually like feasible you’d have to move like Klay Thompson Gafford and like CBA it’s just no it’s not happening this team’s in a good spot anyway uh theck ETS yeah no there’s definitely a move to be made here now I find it interesting right cuz the Houston Rockets are in the spot where they’ve got all these young that they just don’t need on the team they’ve got a great collection of them and that’s cool but you can only develop so much talent at a time right and at some point you want to consolidate those and get some players that’ll help you win right now right totally makes sense I totally feel it you could swap Dylan Brooks out go get Jimmy Butler makes the team a little better right now what are you attaching to do that and is it worth it is Jimmy Butler really the thing that’s going to help put you over the top this year I’m not so sure let’s also make sure we take a look at like Dylan Brooks here so let’s let’s pull up Dylan Brooks to compare like what we’d be losing in a trade like this so Dylan Brooks this season we’re getting good three-point shooting on high volume getting 12 13 points a game a little bit not so that’s what I’m saying like field goal like uh percentages I feel like you’re just down all over the NBA um taking care of the ball for the most part only one turnover a game I’d be curious to to find Dylan Brooks on here so Dylan Brooks is in the 998th percentile for defense this year he’s all the way up there really really good negative offensive player so you’d be swapping some offense for defense in this case so how much like Dylan Brooks is being pretty impactful this year I don’t know but look would the Rockets do something like this though probably would so we’re going to mock it out anyway you don’t have to say it makes the most sense in the world but it’s something that I could reasonably see happening so we’re going do it so Dylan Brooks you’re obviously getting swapped who else are we sending them like I know Rockets fans will cry if I sent over Reed Shepard but I feel like that kind of makes some sense um we’re definitely sending like a Jan Tate over there something like that where is um where’s Jan Tate so there’s your young player that you get to mess around with this season are we also sending them like cam Whitmore I feel like rockets fans were interested in him last year I feel like the interest is dying a little bit or can we just send let me send Aaron holiday over and just see where we’re at at the end of this so got to cut another fiveish million so Aaron holiday you don’t have to go nowhere right um is this one where we just send Steven Adams over and just make it easy I mean you don’t need Steph Adams right how much how much more do I have to cut to make this happen uh I need to cut 18 million from where we’re at right now okay so this is this is much more complicated than I thought it was going to be okay and I’m not going to do the thing like I’m sure some people are screaming at their screens going like oh if you just put Stephen Adams on here and then you go put Jeff Green as as well and then what do we have we have a trade that works right oh Financial cut one you guys get what I’m saying right now what has to happen is like is like players have to be cut and stuff like that in order to make it work which this is actually kind of an interesting one right here so you’re sending all these players over which Jeff Green could be used in this fashion so can we send over just like a little bit more money or something like that like what happens if we just send like Josh Richardson back now look the the heat would still have to cut two players from their lineup so I’m not sure that that makes a whole lot of sense yeah so that works can we make this can we make this happen some other way um financially it’s tough man it’s tough I don’t want to trade Fred Van Ved I don’t think that that’s worth it so you probably got to bring a third team into this somehow right so is this where we just bring the Brooklyn Nets in again can we just use the Nets as like where we’re dumping things because that’s what they should do actually let’s do the Pistons let’s bring the Pistons in on it why not so let’s let’s just kind of like uh undo all of this um Dylan Brooks and Jon Tate I’m going to say are still going over there we don’t need you here anymore what what situation are we in now let me see this situation so they need to cut the money yep that’s fair so we need to send Jeff Green and uh Steven Adams somewhere I’m cool with sending Jeff Green over to the where do we want him the maybe the Pistons want Steven Adams just for culture for a year who cares and he’s gone after the season anyway like is he going to get PT probably not a ton but maybe not the worst thing to have him over there we’ll send Jeff Green over to the heat in this one so now what do we got uh we’ve got something here where the money actually works that’s great um let’s do something here now so the heat need to send out like another player to the Pistons then maybe we can drop another player off with the Rockets somehow let’s explore this a little bit let’s explore so Josh Richardson he can go over to the Rockets why not oh not the rocket um I wouldn’t mind you going to the Pistons we can send you there and then what what kind of situation are we in now um we have something that works oh Josh Richardson’s in the wrong place try this again um there we go so this trade works the Miami Heat just have to cut one player which is much more doable and a little more reasonable the Rockets add Jimmy Butler to the team the Pistons take on Steven Adams and Josh Richardson what did they they haven’t moved anybody so we actually have to move somebody and let’s move somebody over here is it saster it’s probably just like a Wendell Moore or something like that they don’t need Wendell Mo move him over to the Rockets does this work or do we have a financial problem that works okay now how do we supplement people draft wise so the heat got a player that they can use and flip again in Dylan Brooks if they want to he just seems like a Miami Heat player as well so I kind of like that Jan Tate gets his chance to shine somewhere he’s competing with a lot of other people positionally so that’s unfortunate but the heat will give you a chance right and then Jeff Green is there because culture right heat culture he fits in there the Pistons took on on some garbage and I I I shouldn’t say garbage I don’t like saying that about players ever uh Steven Adams isn’t entirely useful at this point he’s kind of just salary for them he they honestly they buy him out in this situation almost almost surely and Stephen Adams can go join another team he’ll be the hottest name on the buyout market for sure uh you could do the same with Josh Richardson as well you could someone would probably pick him up um all they traded was Wendell Moore so we just have to supplement them for taking on the salary so we give them what like some a second round pick from each team I think that that’s probably fair you can have um this one cuz you took on one of our things no you don’t have to it’s just Josh Richardson like you can have one of our second round picks here so you can have um ours we’re going to be good so you can have this one you got a second round pick for doing all this you lucky bastards good for you um the heat needs some supplementation though so we have to give a first round pickup OKC or Phoenix I’d say you can get that one for sure send that over to the Heat and then maybe like these swap rights or something like that with Brooklyn um cuz we’re going to assume Brooklyn’s bad so that’s probably kind of valuable I think we have to throw in like like a protected first as well with this so let’s just say our 2027 uh like uh top 10 protected that can also go over to the heat so and this is the final trade right here so they picked up a couple of PR first they got some salary and stuff like that which look they could flip Dylan Brooks again if they wanted they get to mess around with Tate Jeff Green’s just on the team Rockets add Jimmy Butler and Wendell Moore which cool they’ve got Jimmy Butler on the team now that’s awesome they didn’t really clear up the whole like young Player thing that I was talking about but that’s okay the Pistons got paid to cut people so yeah kind of interesting with that one I didn’t I didn’t mind that one where are we at now Grizzlies probably something here as well this one’s probably simple as well so the the logic here Grizzlies could use a wing uh Jaylen um where the hell is he Jaylen Wells here he’s been nice for him right he’s been nice but we’d like to have more of a veteran presence you got to have somebody that can guard the wings and stuff during the postseason we move Jimmy Butler over here we’ve got money that we can throw back Marcus Smart doesn’t need to be here anymore send him back to the Miami Heat you throw Brandon Clark into this as well what do we have here is this something that can reasonably work you need to cut6 million more dollars oh my goodness the NBA trades are so difficult nowadays I need another three teamer need another three teamer what bad team do we want to um use this time do we use like the Charlotte Hornets or can we use the Wizards let’s use the Wizards this time they get to take our they get to take our players so we need to cut another $16 million oh my gosh how are we how are we going to do this how the hell are we going to do this so no there’s no way 16 million is that what we’re talking about right here no there’s no freaking way cuz what we’d have to cut we’d have to cut Canard we’d have to cut Kar as well and now you’re throwing like laravia into it how much is that that’s um that’s 15 right there and Ann lvus we’re trading five players to make this happen that seems just ridiculous right no this is becoming too extensive there’s no way you’re just flipping a third of your team there’s just no on a good basketball team you’re just you wouldn’t do that so nope Grizzlies you don’t get Jimmy Butler not happening the financial stuff makes this stuff so complicated y’all I tell you the Thunder there’s a world where it happens I don’t think they’re touching their team but I think that there’s a world wizards no shot Raptors I think you guys can tell where I’m going this the bad teams aren’t doing the Charlotte Hornets if you wanted to do some sort of Miles Bridges plus grant Williams just because you’re like hey I’m trying to fix my culture in Charlotte right I’m trying to establish something here sure I don’t think Jimmy Butler’s all that interested in that so no uh the Sixers been there done that no the Pistons same logic as the Hornets do I think it’ll happen though no no shot Siri the Bulls while I would love it I miss Jimmy Butler on the Bulls so much I loved Jimmy Butler on the Bulls I don’t I don’t see a world where this happens unless we just do the LaVine um Jimmy Butler swap maybe that’s how we make everybody happy we get Jimmy Butler on the team he gets to come back to the Bulls just as a bulls fan just as a bulls fan let’s just let’s just throw this into the video cool I’m going to put the Bulls on the on the thumbnail now just cuz go look at the thumbnail I bet you I put it there so there we go I like that trade I’m happy with that trade all right we’re going on to the Pacers no there’s no way they have too much salary wrapped up in other places the Brookland Nets they’ll be used as like a three teer for it the Hawks the Hawks the Hawks the Hawks so you can do this pretty easily right Jimmy Butler Clint capella goes over there DeAndre Hunter interesting player for them right DeAndre Hunter’s had a good season um yeah you can do this really easily the Hawks are like the team that can make any trade right now because of the contracts that they have what does this do for the Hawks where are the Hawks at right now they’re a seven seed kind of struggling to figure things out a little bit the team defense is questionable at times Jimmy Butler brings him a legitimate guy here maybe mentors ree or something I maybe I don’t know how much better this makes him I feel like the Hawks sorry Hawks fans this is going to sound rough for a second I feel like the Hawks are trying to talk themselves into the fact that like a good team in the East and that’s why they haven’t like done anything completely yet I don’t I’ll never hate a team for trying to compete right that’s that’s awesome at the end of the day I just don’t think this Hawks group is going anywhere so I’m not sure I want to invest in Jimmy Butler because like you’re going to have to attach a pick to this as well I don’t know Hawks fans you guys you guys let me know what you think because I don’t want to like hate on your team too much and if you think um adding Jimmy would be fun cool then I’m here to support you ooh ooh now just just listen to me for like a minute okay just listen to me for a minute I actually want to do something more so like this can we um can we make something like this happen where we bring Jimmy Butler over to the box I know I’ve done a Chris Middleton trade before do I think it makes the most sense in the world no would I kind of like to see it though yeah so you move him over to the Rockets you move Dylan Brooks over to the heat what happens um you need to cut $17 million still ooh that where I hit a problem now I have to trade Bobby poris and Pat conon I’m cool with trading one of those names I can tell you which name I’m not trading though so no don’t think that’s happening don’t think that’s happening it’d be cool though maybe a four team trade or something and we get Jimmy Butler over to the Bucks I could see them pulling a trigger like that or something the Knicks no way they can’t really do anything right now Orlando Magic probably staying put right now um and even like names like Cole Anthony probably got to hold on to him while other people are hurt where is fron fr’s all the way down there um with him and with fron and Paulo down you need cole Anthony on the roster so Cole Anthony might just survive the deadline because of that which is good for them but no magic don’t need him Celtics well I’m sure they’d love to add to their talent pool you can’t do it and then the caves nope not with the salaries that you have here there’s no shot right right wait just just give me a second Carver’s had a good season just relax I know I’m trading him right now Max stru yeah you know he’s there uh cororo you move him over just do some math with me what happens here what happens they need to still cut another 6 million okay so now Jesus yeah no uh maybe a three teamer in here somehow and then you just have the death lineup here just a crazy five but you know I I don’t think it’s the most reasonable so what did we determine we determined that who could realistically be in the play for Jimmy Butler maybe the Lakers um after that the Rockets like to an extent and that’s kind of it I don’t see a lot of these other teams really making it work so yeah that’s Jimmy Butler man and that’s the real world of Trades nowadays and while we used to have fun and exciting trade deadlines I think it’s going to start to get a little bit quieter which I think is good for the league overall I think we were seeing star players just move a bit too often for people’s likings and so I think this is probably best long term and you got to suffer the consequences of the contracts that you signed and look the heat are in a good position I want to remind you guys at the end of the day they are a five seed right now and look they’ve won three in a row that’s great but I don’t know I I’m not surprised that they’re Fielding calls at the end of the day if I had to guess I don’t think Jimmy Butler’s on the move and I think that he’ll probably continue to improve as the season goes on but I think it’s interesting to talk about nonetheless um I had to push a video back to get this one out today so be on the lookout for a video tomorrow we’ve got a 2020 redraft unless uh some other breaking news happens that’ll cover instead so uh yeah a fun new thing that I wanted
