nothing much doing for the SeaWolves there Wisconsin very solid on defense no look in front of the net of scarone but you are seeing some aggressiveness from the SeaWolves which is something that the badge expected that one cleared from just outside the crease cuz Alaska they play like they had some house money they went in here to the coold center last year and they got the job done you got to expect they’ll be playing with some risks here an opportunity out in front and his score just like that Wisconsin makes a One [Music] n yeah that was Ryland Mosley coming in as the puck just got loose right in front of the net and Mosley took it straight up and over uh Greg oros you know a a quick reaction time there from Ryland Mosley but he was ready for it Mosley the grad student goal number six for him on the year able to find that gap between Defenders scor for the badg has been they’ve not quite a able to score they’ve gotten close but suddenly in with experience despite the fact that you see that freshman tag next to his name yeah that’s a good point is still once again nearly a turnover it’s still definitely impressive of freshman making those marks but uh uh the term freshman not always accurate to the inexperience of a player but hey still four years of Eligibility could potentially be a a a fantastic veteran player by the end of his career if he’s already one as a freshman yeah absolutely and on the other end you look at a guy like Logan Hensler Hensler on Wisconsin is really more that true freshman presence on the defense Hensler just 18 years old came in uh after playing off of Team USA’s u8 Squad meanwhile Alaska angry stringing together a nice possession oh off the post no good almost equalizing go and suddenly it’s a one-on-one Kyle C in the other way searching for 2 oh denied oh what a sequence oh Kyle kinim was all alone going to the net and he whiffed on the shot we might be getting a penal we’re going to wait to see what the call is on the ice but kinan had a wide open look but at the other end and you will have a hooking call and that will result and a penalty shot for the badge that will be Kyle kinan looking for Revenge after Greg oros shut him down earlier and here we go got [Applause] it Kyle kinan stays hot in the Badgers make it 2-n Kyle kinan taking advantage of the penalty shot now has a goal in each of his last two games so make that three goals on the season for Kyle kin and you don’t see him often here at the Cole Center Quinn Finley had one last season against Minnesota but Kyle kinan taking advantage that’s exciting stuff you got to give credit to Greg oros unable to get the save there but on that initial break he was able to shut down kinan and so Wisconsin on the power play this season 9 for 45 sitting at 20% had a couple of Power Play Goals last game against Penn State Wisconsin for all the success they had last year on offense under 20% in the power play last year despite their 26 wins haven’t been able to quite get it to go Mosley gets blocked now it goes Finley with rman a score [Music] 3-0 yeah that puck just found its way might have gone through the legs of Gunner vanam vanam couldn’t find the puck and that gave Finley a wide open shot on net Finley was ready and he buried it Finley the leading scorer for Wisconsin that’s now his ninth goal of the Season 15th point of the year for the sophomore Finley already an assist on this game one going off the rebound had time to recollect it and he did not miss and that was a great assist it didn’t go through vanam it all just went right by him bad cash in on the power dexheimer off the faceof Mory looking for a lane gives it the other way to Finley now dexheimer morisy again gets it back Dex timer racked up a ton of assists last year at that spot he’s looming instead’s played in out in front the rebound a shot what a pass and what a goal Ryland Mosley finds Gavin morresy for the highlight [Music] yeah you said it Vince sometimes the assist is more impressive than the goal and Ryland Mosley what a pass to find Gavin morresy in front of the net morresy not much he had to do there as we take a look at the replay oh stepping up going through his legs that is filthy from Ryland Mosley wow just a lot of Buys in the crease how you see when you get a player off a rebound just kind to turn and fight but that’s why you’re bringing those transfer grad students oh my goodness and so Gavin moris with a whole lot of injuries as well yeah that that is exactly what that means and obviously not good for the SeaWolves but and something we touched on before sorry Evan is just that just because you’re playing doesn’t mean you’re at 100% just you got a smaller roster that’s just kind of part of the sport of hockey is that it just kind of Demands that these players tough it out more Mor another nice pass and another impressive highlight the two do it again Mosley to morisy this time it’s 5 nothing what a connection I I mean Gavin morrisy once again a great look supplied by ryland’s Mosley and Moos morresy from the left side just ripping it right at oros and that’s one that oros should have had it was right at his body he made contact with it before it trickled through into the back of the net and Gavin morresy picking up his second goal of the game his second goal of the period yeah I can see that I think he got it on the left side of oros but looks like it might have gone through his pads yeah I think you’re correct there just under the right coming the other way with Pace getting down the ice quickly and and converting on some of these opportunities in transition not KN as a team that’ll burn you in transition but they have done so multiple times especially on that second goal and Kyle cinin snuck free and right on Q here’s Fitz jald in the clear another oneon-one and this time it’s safe no rebound score six goals for the Badgers Kyle Ken in his second and just as we talked about it it it’s because of how aggressive Alaska Anchorage is they turn it over in the neutral ice and Wisconsin is right there to take advantage Christen Fitzgerald taking it to the net couldn’t finish it off but on the rebounds Kyle kinan able to send it into the back of the net for his second goal of the game and Greg oros I think he thought that he might have had that one a little bit of a pause before skating back to his left or perhaps just you know not a lot of reaction time there for oros and a as we continue to say another A+ opportunity for Wisconsin yeah bit of an unlucky bounce for oral right in front to kinin been a bit of uh baptism of fire here for Greg oros in this game and on the attack oh just like that a goal for Alaska Anchorage Dylan contris with just over 10 seconds left in the period he flies down the ice and gets the first goal of the day for his Squad yeah great response there from Alaska Anchorage perhaps catching Wisconsin a little bit off guard at after that goal contarus flying down the ice and finally they get one by Tommy scaron to say they’ve been knocking at the door is an understatement clean pass off the boards and contras right at the horn you got to love that your coach your team just over 10 seconds left in the period not given n and fired in felt like the Alaska Anchorage just a little bit off with their passes not quite string that Rhythm together like they usually would right on Q a chance for them out in front rejected and nice look there for Anchorage taking it away behind the net and applying some pressure on scaron B shimik on the shot no points to his name thus far the grads do it in just like that another goal for the [Applause] [Music] Badgers zipping right down the ice and scoring the first goal of this third period and it looks like that’s Cody laskoski that was able to finish it off for his third goal of the Season make that three games in a row with a goal for laskoski he had a goal in each of those first two games against Penn State so three goals this season
